The Seven and Others in High School

Calypso - Code Red it is

After lunch, Leo and Calypso parted ways and she walked into choir. The preps were grouped together, talking. The others were scattered in small groups. Mrs. Stokstas had Piper go to the piano to find out if she were baritone, tenor, alto, or soprano. She wrote something down and told Piper to stand with the Soprano. She then called Calypso up and had her sing a few warm-ups.

"Go stand with the sopranos."

"Yes ma'a-uh, Mrs. Stokstas." She often forgot of how informal Americans were in these days. She walked over to Piper who smiled at her. "Hi."

"Hi, they do really cool songs. We do really cool parts and there're solos."

"That's cool. So, what are we going to do about Hazel?"

Piper's face grew cold and sad, "I don't know. Whoever it is better watch out. Code Red."

"Code red?!"

"Well, it's seriou-"

"Serious enough for Code Red?!"

"Sadly so."

"We might want to talk to Hazel."

"She'll just act like it's nothing."

They sang random songs until the bell rang.

Mrs. Stokstas called out as they left, "Don't forget to sign up for show choir auditions!"
