Gretchen's POV

"Okay Gretch! You can see again" Joe informed proudly

I stood and headed to the bathroom where Joe is standing

"Oh thank God, 'cuz i can't stand -"

"Can't stand what? On how hot i'am?" Joe cutted me and put his arm up on the wall

"Ugh no, on how chubby you are" i laughed

"What?! Gretchen i think your permanent blind" Joe joked

"Haha no" i went to the bathroom

I went to freshen up, i washed my face and wiped my face with a face towel

I went out the bathroom and i haven't saw Joe

I searched around and he was nowhere to be found

But i know he's gonna prank me again. Then i heard breathing inside his wardrobe and without a second thought...

"Hmmm... where is Joe? I've searched his whole room and i still haven't found him, i think he's in... here!" I opened the wardrobe but he wasn't there

But i saw his iPhone 6

A voice record of his breathe sound? Seriously? Great Joe.

I grabbed his iPhone and an alarm went off it was a reminder

And i did the opposite thing

I turned my back and saw a clown mask infront of me.

I screamed so high...

And Joe removed his mask and he started to burst out laughing

"Joe, What the actual f*ck?! You scared the hell out of me" i went furious

And had a trouble of breathing

I started to hyperventilate

"Joe, i can't breathe" i held my chest

"What are you serious?" Joe went in closer and held my hand

"Yes i'am my chest is closing in, grab me a glass of water, Joe hurry" tears started to form and i got a hard time breathing

I saw Joe ran fast and went up to get me a glass of water

He went back and gave back a tall glass of water

I took it from his hands and drank

He sat beside me and put an arm on my back

After i finish the glass of water i handed over to Joe

Joe took the glass put it on the nightstand beside him

He hugged me and i rested my head on his chest

I started to breathe normal again

"Gretchen, i'am sorry i didn't know that you have a hard time to breathe" Joe put an arm on me

"It's okay Joe, sorry i haven't told you yet about my surgery" i frowned

"Surgery?!" Joe said shocked

"Yes, when i was 15 years old i caught in a car accident" i told Joe wo had a serious face

"And my cardiovascular system got attacked or hit especially my lungs which needs to get surgery or else i might die" i added

"I'am so sorry Gretchen, i promise that i will never hurt or scare you ever again" Joe held both of my hands and he wiped my tears

I was speechless
