Part 38

Dakota's POV

-Here, Zep. Catch !

I throw him his favourite toy. I really love to play with him, it gives me so much joy.

I laugh when Zeppelin jumps on the sofa with his toy. He runs to me with it, weaving his tail happily. He's proud of himself.

-Good boy, come here-I kneel on the floor in front of him.

He puts his toy on my lap and moves back a little. He wants me to throw it again. I stroke his head and get up.

-You want it ?-I ask holding it high.

He looks at me very carefully waiting for my next move.

-Come one, Zep. Jump !

He makes it in the next second. I can't stop my giggling.

-Great ! My smart boy-I say.

I take him in my arms and kiss his head. I can't believe he's seven. I still remember when I first met him.

He was so little then. He was the cutest thing I have seen in my whole life. I knew then that he has to be mine.

And here he's now. My big boy.

I really don't understand people who don't like animals.

Sometimes pet is more reliable than human. Dog, cat or horse will love you no matter what. And all they need is a little bit of concern.

I put him down.

-Come, we'll check what Jamie is doing-I say making my way to the bedroom.

Zep follows me still holding his toy.

When we're in the room I immediately smile. Jamie is lying across the bed with his laptop in front of him.

Recently he was doing it very often. Sometimes I really wonder why. But I didn't ask him. If he wanted to tell me that he could, and I don't want to push him or something.

But I must say that I start to be curious.

For a moment I lean against the door to watch. He's so sexy right now.

He's wearing his black jeans that are perfectly match his white shirt. The two last buttons of the shirt just under his chin are unbuttoned.

I bit my lip. I love when he dresses like that. I really didn't know that men can be so...It's even hard to find a word.

Superb.

That's not enough, Jamie is so much more.

I smile when I see how Zep jumps on the bed next to Jamie. He's lying down and moves his toy closer to Jamie with his nose.

This time I can't stop my giggles. They look so cute together. My two boys.

-What is so funny, love ?-Jamie asks.

-Nothing-I say making my way to him-You knew I was standing there ?

Before I lay down I have to move Zep. As usual. I smirk. He takes his toy and lay down next to us.

-I know everything about you-he whispers kissing my forehead.

I rest my head on his shoulder and frown when in the same moment he closes his computer and puts it next to him.

Now I start to worry.

-About that...Can I ask you something ?

-Whatever you want.
