After walking Jhene to her class I wondered around the halls cooling with my homies to kill time. I hate being in Social Studies cause my teacher always got something smart to say to me and I can't afford to get in trouble I'm in ROTC. I finally decided to go to class before the second bell rung.
"A pleasure for you to join us Mr. Brown." My teacher Mr. Mcknight said not even looking up from the roll
I shook my head walking to my seat in the middle of the class between my homies Ty and Mijo.
"Maya, Nick, Dewayne." Mr. Mcknight started to call roll
"Chris." He called
I leaned down in my seat
"Mr. Brown for whatever reason did you not just hear me call your name?" He asked looking up at me
"You JUST seen me walk through the door, like I don't understand bro." I replied
Like come on son, stop playing games. He always calling me out
"I don't need your smart remark I need for you to say here." He clenched his jaw
"HERE!" I yelled
Damn.
"You're pushing it." He replied
"Okay" I hit him with the Mr. West shrug
Ty shook his head laughing at me.
"Bro you stupid." He put a hand on my shoulder
"I give not one care bout his old tail A1" I told him while Mr. Mcknight finished taking roll.
After he ran through all the names he told to break up into groups of 3, knowing dag on well we gonna talk in stead of work, but his mistake not mine.
Mijo, Ty and my self just chilled talking about everything under the sun until the topic of conversation switched to Jhene.
"She cool peoples." Ty commented
"Yeah she bad too." Mijo agreed
"A! Chill bro." I had to let him know
"What you smashing?" Ty asked me with a smile on his face
"Naw I ain't smashing we just cooling, so I preciated if you get back." I sat back
"Dang we doing it like that breezy?" Ty asked with his hand up to his mouth
"I ain't doing it like nothing." I smiled
"You thinking bout wifeing?" Mijo asked
"At this point we just chilling, but if it ever get that serious then let's just say I'm with it one hunnid." I told them. And I meant everything I was saying. I haven't been in a relationship since Robyn and that was about 8 months ago. Sure I had my...fun when it came to girls, but after a while that gets tired.
"You better not hurt her, bro she hella cool." Ty said
"If anything she would hurt me." I mumbled
"How?" Mijo asked
"Look I like her Robyn ain't between us. She could still be in love with an ex back home or something for all I know." I told them truthfully
"Well just like she trusted that you were a good enough person, you gotta trust she's a good enough person to be up front with you blood." Mijo kicked knowledge as always. I would say he's the calmest of the crew.
I nodded my head taking in what he was saying
"And as far as that go, you shouldn't even be worried about that. It ain't got nothing to do with her ex's or yours at this point cause don't no body know bout y'all." Ty chimed in.
