Amelia's POV:
Before I could call out again, my back was against a tree.
"Just love it when you say my name.." He whisper into my ear. His minty breath invaded my senses, making my body crazy. He pulled back, meeting my gaze. Everything only got worse when he looked at me with hunger. His head slowly dipped down in my neck leaving a soft trail of kisses from my jawline to a spot where my neck met my shoulder.
As soon as his lips connected with it, an inhuman moan left from me, stopping Drew from progressing any further, leaving me in a mad blush. Thankfully, someone came to break the silence. "I see you finally found your mate.." An unfamiliar voice called out. Drew turned around, sending the stranger a smile, "Hey, Chase! I didn't think you would be able to make it until tomorrow."
Chase was a 5'9 shaggy blonde with blue eyes around Drew's age. Though he was tall, Drew was still a few inches taller, around 6'3. The both greeted each other with a handshake, then Drew turned to introduced us. Then decided against it due to my severely underdressed nature. "Maybe we should do this later.." Chase said, chuckling while returning back to the Wilson's house. Shortly after, Drew and I followed behind. Before we entered through the kitchen, Drew stopped me, picked me up, and in a blink of an eye, we were in a room.
Once he set me down, he closed the door. "Sorry, there were too many people in the house, and I didn't want them to see you like.. that." He sounded a bit possessive. And I only got annoyed. "Well what am I supposed to do? I need to get back home at some point!" Drew stopped to think for a moment, then left the room without another word.
No more than 5 minutes later, we returned with some clothes in his hands. They were Tee's by the smell of them, and I was grateful to be in something more appropriate. Although, there was a part of me a little sad I wouldn't be wearing Drew's delicious smelling shirt anymore. Drew stepped outside the room so I could change into the t shirt, jeans, and sandals Tee let me borrow. I knocked on the door to let Drew know I was done changing. I looked around the room, and noticed it had been Drew's. The bed was neatly made, the floor was clean, and the room was pretty big with a grey and white theme.
We went downstairs. I realised it was almost lunch, and my brother's were probably wondering where I had been. Drew insisted on walking me home. When we got to the front door, Drew seemed a little nervous. "Isn't it your birthday today?" It finally hit me that it was indeed my 17th birthday, which means the Hybrid Prophecy officially began. I discovered my wolf today, but I haven't really learned very much about either my wolf or hunter sides..
"Yeah, it is." I told him, trying not to sound too disappointed. Lucky for me, Drew didn't pick up on it. "Do you think it would be okay if we did something tonight? Like.. The two of us?" I had to blink a could times to let his question set in.. "Are you asking me out on a date?" I blurted out. He only smiled before answering, "Yes I am." I smiled warmly back at him before replying," I would love to!"
