It was 8:05 and I was at my locker , I had to hurry up and get to 1st period which was all the way upstairs.
"What Rico" I said
"So about that date I been asking for all week" he said
"I gotta get to class rico" I said
"No you don't , I told Mrs . Reckem you were helping me with something In the office" he said
"And why would you do that" I said
"So you could talk to me and so you can stop playing" he said
"Now c'mon" he said
"Bye rico" i said
"Sincere like forreal , i like you and i just want one date" he said as my back was turned to walk away
I smiled and turned around with a blank expression and wrote my number on a piece of paper and gave it to him
"Call me before 8:00 so i can give you directions & dont be late" i said and walked off

I went to 1st period and it was so fun , like people were talking to me. I usually sat in the back in an isolated desk but today I sat in the back but it was with KB , Nick , Fish , & Tonio.
"Sincere yo ass done glowed up" Tonio said
"Hell yeah , you fine as hell now" Nick said
"Shut up , I shouldn't even be talking to y'all honestly" I said
"Why is that" Nick said
"Because y'all ain't talk to me when I was ugly as fuck" I said
"Aye , that's because you used to wear them bobo ass flats and that damn orange peel purse" Fish laughed
We all laughed and honestly I wasn't fazed by what they had said because it was true and that was then.
"Then you used to wear that brown purse to , it looked like roaches was all over that motherfucker" Nick said
"Fuck all of y'all" I said
"You going to see Paranormal Activity this weekend" Tonio said
"I don't know. I kinda have plans" thinking of me and Rico's date
"Like what" Tonio said
"She got a date with Rico y'all" Nick said
They all looked at me and just shook their heads
"What" I said
"Why the fuck you going out with that nigga" Tonio said
"Yeah , like he be on some rapist type shit" Fish said
"Rapist"? I laughed
