Unpredictable

Chapter 3

~Lydia's POV~

"Thanks" he muttered. I saw his cheeks flush pink, he looked even cuter when he blushed aw. I was just about to ask to see another video when Zoe interrupted me.

"Binky, what's taking you so lo-" she said as she came in to the kitchen, but she soon stopped speaking when she saw how close we were to each other. It must have looked pretty suspicious, I was sat right next to him and we were both facing each other.

"What are you doing?" questioned Zoe, with a slightly raised voice

"Oh, um, well Joe was just showing me one of his videos, I didn't know he was a YouTuber" I replied

"Oh, well while we're at it, I can show you one of mine!" said Zoe back to her normal bubbly self. She sat next to me and reached over to Joe's laptop and began typing in her name.

"Which video would you like to watch?" asked Zoe

"Ooh clothes haul!" I said excitedly, pointing at a clothes haul she'd done with another YouTuber called Tanya Burr. I loved fashion and beauty and everything girly just like her, and since I hadn't been in England for such a long time, I was excited to know what was popular at the moment.

Zoe clicked the video and we watched it, I must admit I felt I tiny pang of jealousy when I saw how well Tanya and her got on, but I soon warmed to her.

"You can meet Tanya and everyone else the day after tomorrow, I'm filming a video with Alfie so you can come too" said Zoe

"Alfieee!" cooed Joe, raising his eyebrows and winking

"What who's Alfie! Zoee!" I said eagerly

"He-he's no one, just a really good friend of mine" said Zoe laughing

"Oh purh-lease girlfriend!" said Joe in a funny American accent, snapping his fingers like a diva. I burst out laughing at his accent, he really made me laugh. I caught his eye when I was laughing and I felt a little spark, like earlier when our hands accidentally touched. It was a nice feeling, it made me get butterflies and feel all warm inside. I realised we must have been staring at each other for a little while because Zoe suddenly coughed loudly to get our attention. She jumped up from the table and clapped her hands.

"Right, we never did unpack your bags, come on" she said. Joe stood up

"Let me help" he said reaching towards to bags. I smiled at him, I think Zoe might have seen because I saw her discretely glare at Joe which made him sit back down.

"Actually, sorry but I really need to get this finished" he declared. I don't think she knew I saw her, and they both acted like nothing happened. Me and Zoe gathered my stuff and began taking it up to her room. When we got there Zoe stared at me weirdly.

"What?" I demanded

"What's going on with you and Joe, I saw you two when I came in the kitchen" asked Zoe

"What do you mean? Nothing is happening between us!" I said, a slight denial in my voice

"Really? You were so close to each other, and you keep laughing really hard at his jokes" said Zoe.

"Trust me Zo" I sighed "Nothing is going on between us, if there was you'd be the first to know"

Zoe eyed me up weirdly for a second then gave in "Okaay, if you say so" she gave me a wink and I gave her one too "But seriously, what happened to us unpacking?" We both cracked up laughing and began for the last time, unpacking my bags.

It had gotten quite late by the time we'd finished unpacking so we decided to go to bed, I was on a blow up double bed in Zoe's room and as soon as my head hit the pillow, I felt myself drift off to sleep

~Zoe's POV~

I woke up after a really good nights sleep, it felt so good to have my best friend back; I missed her like craazy. It was about quarter past 8, I looked over and saw Binky was still asleep so I decided to lay in for a bit. I looked at the clock again: 9:43, I must have fallen asleep again. I got out of bed to make cups of tea's for me, and when Lydia woke up. I glanced over at her blow up bed, but she wasn't in it. I walked downstairs, quickly checking to see if she was in the bathroom, and she wasn't. She was in the living room watching TV with Joe...

They were sat next to each other on the sofa laughing at something joe said.

"Joe! Your so funny!" Lydia said still cracking up. She said there was nothing going on so I had to trust her on that. I walked casually in to the living room

"What's so funny?" I asked

"Oh it's nothing" Lydia laughed. She playfully punched Joe's arm to try and show me that they were nothing more than friends, I smiled and sat next to her.

"Oh I was thinking, do you want to go shopping today Binky?" I asked her

"Yes yes yes!" she said almost overjoyed at the thought of shopping, now that is the Binks I know and love.
