Chapter 6
~Danni's POV~
I looked at his face to see his eyes widen before he turned away from me.
I sat there sweetly looking at him waiting for an explanation.
"I was really going to tell you but you ran away so" I looked at him scoffing
"And why did I run away Adrian? Don't try to put this on me this is clearly all your fault!" He gave me a look I couldn't quite decipher.
"I'm sorry ok, all of this is my fault and I know that." He looked pretty guilty it was kind of funny.
I got an great idea and tried to walk over to my desk without him noticing which was really hard to do by the way.
"Oh, and your stuff is at our new house" I spun around and looked up at him before I stood up and hugged him making sure to pat his back letting my plan begin.
"What was that for?" I smiled shrugging my shoulders walking away
"Do I need a reason to hug my fiancé?" I say raising my eyebrow.
He completely ignores my question so I ask another one. Not wanting to start anything
"So who was that anyway?" I looked up at him smirking waiting for a honest answer
"Her name is Chelsea"I raised my eyebrow waiting for him to continue his thought
"Everyone's worse nightmare wrapped into one ex" I looked at him before I started laughing
"You sure know how to pick them" he smirked laying across the bed next to me
"I picked you didn't I?" I looked up and smirked
"Yea but I'm pretty and nice and sweet and unique and smart and-" he put his hand over my mouth cutting me off but I licked his hand
"Ewww Danni" I shrugged my shoulders smiling to myself
"What?" He shook his head
"Nothing, don't you want to see the house?" I pretended to look uninterested before I nodded my head eagerly like a 5 year old.
We walked downstairs and Jacob looked at Adrian's back. He looked at me raising his eyebrow.
"What-" I smiled putting my finger to my lip letting him know to keep quite. He smiled shaking his head as we walked out of the door.
The car ride was quiet despite my frequent laughing fits remembering what I did.
I was in the middle of a laughing fits when the car stopped and I looked up starting to choke instead.
"That's it?" I pointed to the mansion in front of me as looked at Adrian. He nodded and I smiled.
