Danni's POV
One long boring car ride later and we were at the colossal building I call work
Let me tell you, maneuvering around it on crutches is a pain in the ass. Seriously it's a freaking workout.
Once we finally made it to the door I went in first hearing a whole lot of gasps and whispers
"Holy mother of God, what happened to your leg?" One of the nicer girls said as I walked or rather hopped toward my office
"Adrian pushed me down the steps, I told him it was an accident but he just got so angry" Adrian looked at me wide eyed as she burst out laughing
"Yea right, like I of all people would believe that. What really happened?" I smiled me and her could really get along
"I fell" I simply state shrugging my shoulders. We talk a little longer before Adrian and I are left alone in our office
As I sit at my computer I can feel him burning holes into the side of my face so I turn toward him and roll my eyes.
"What can I do for you?" He looks at me and sighs before speaking
"I just want to apologize all of this is my fault, if I would've just listened to you this--" I cut him off turning back around
"It's fine, I'm over it" he sighs again running his hand through his hair before turning to his computer and working on something
