Chapter 4: Vibrant and Sarah

Meanwhile at a workplace, a squirrel named vibrant was running a session with some lawyers and a couple that was considering getting a divorce. They were arguing about something important. "Nope! Absolutely no way!" The wife said. "You just want him because of me!" The husband responded back.
"You won't do it well like I do!"
"Just watch me!"
"Hold up! Hold up! Who are we talking about?" A lawyer asked.
"Our son, Williams." The wife responded.
"He's about 14." The husband added. Then vibrant decided to have a word on this. "A teenager?" He started "Is this what the argument about?"
"You never loved Williams like anyone else!" The husband said.
"You never loved me like you loved Williams!" The wife responded. Just then, a pink cat named Jem appeared and told vibrant "It's time to go." Then, vibrant and Jem left the room while the husband and wife were arguing with each other. As they were walking, Vibrant said "thank goodness I have to leave this, I need to pick Sarah up from the air port."
"Oh yeah! You told me about her! Her mother needs you to look after her." Jem responded. Then as they went to the door, vibrant put his coat on and said, "I have to go now. The air plane will arrive at any moment. Thanks for your help." He then left the building to go get Sarah. Just some time later, he and Sarah were riding inside a cab to vibrant's apartment. Sarah was opening something up that vibrant gave her. It was a book about supernatural creatures. "A book?" Sarah asked. "C'mon Sarah, don't be this way. It's not the werewolf facts book you wanted, but this is better. It still has the werewolf in it." "Ok...." Sarah responded. She then started reading her book, but she then realized that some of the creatures can find love, so she showed vibrant that part. "Oh yeah. About that....." He said. "Y'know about my girlfriend fade?" Sarah nodded her head yes. Vibrant then paused a little and said "I'm gonna propose to her." Sarah was shocked and said "what?" Vibrant responded with "I'm gonna marry her." Sarah than asked "where is she gonna stay?"
"In the apartment with me."
"Am I gonna get kicked out?"
"Of course not! You would come visit anytime!"
"If you say so..." Then their conversation ended and they kept on going home. Meanwhile, Nightbat was soaking wet in the rain and she was very sad because she was lost. Just then, she spotted a realistic looking tree that looked like the one in her world. She was convinced it was real, so she climbed up the tree while saying "Hello? It's me, Nightbat from Magiclan." She then arrived at the main leaves and asked "anyone there?" Vibrant and Sarah were passing by this tree and Sarah said "hey, is that a bat cat?" Vibrant then looked over and said "it's a fake bat cat, they don't exist."
"But she's there!" Sarah then, unbuckled her seatbelt and she ran over to the tree while vibrant was saying "Sarah! Stop!" Sarah than called out "Hey! Bat cat!" Vibrant then ran over to her and said "don't do that!" Sarah then said "look! Up there!" Nightbat was saying "Anyone there? Is Greenwing here?" Then, vibrant started to walk to the tree and said "Excuse me? Ma'am?" Nightbat looked down and said "oh! I was wondering if you would-" Suddenly, she lost balance and she struggled to stay balanced so she grabbed on a branch. Sarah said "hold on!" Nightbat was slipping of the branch easily, until she lost grip and started to fall. Sarah then exclaimed "Catch her vibrant!" Vibrant then tried to catch her, but Nightbat ended up falling on him, and they both got a little hurt. "Ow, you have sharp claws..." Vibrant told her, holding his hand. Nightbat responded with, "you are strong.....and gosh darn it that hurt...."
"You ok?"
"I'm ok..." Sarah then came over and asked "are you alright?" Nightbat responded with "Yeah I'm alright...." Vibrant then asked "what were you doing on that tree?" Nightbat said "I needed help....I dunno where I am or who everyone is......and no one was nice to me..." Vibrant responded with "Oh? Welcome to möbius" Nightbat smiled a little and said "thanks." Sarah offered, "want to call someone?" Nightbat said "Not so sure if anyone would respond to it...." "Do you have a place to go?" Vibrant asked.
"I'm afraid not...." Nightbat responded. Just then, they heard lightning and vibrant said "you can stay with us, but we better get out of here fast." Then, the three of them went inside of the cab and they started to go back to vibrant's apartment.
