Once all five of them were in the car Alexadrine headed to the Crippens' house. The car was filled with silence, nothing but the wind could be heard.
"Prodigy mag dich! (Prodigy likes you.)" Kaaliyah screamed making Alexadrine slightly laugh and Prodigy turn around.
"What?" He asked looking at Kaaliyah. She smiled in return.
"Mag mich? (Likes me?)" Alexadrine asked pointing at herself looking at Kaaliyah through the rear view mirror.
"Ja. (Yes.)"
"Ich weiß nicht. (I'm not sure.)" Alexadrine shook her head.
"What did she say?" Prodigy asked.
"All I know is it's about you." Jojo told Prodigy.
"Elle a dit qu'il m'aime. (She said he likes me.)" Alexadrine told Jojo.
"He who?"Jojo asked.
"Votre frère. (Your brother.)"
"Yeah she's right."Jojo nodded.
"Je ne pense pas. (I don't think so.)"Alexadrine shook her head.
"Il le fait. Il a juste besoin de temps pour le montrer. (He does. He just needs time to show it.)" Jojo spoke amazing Prodigy.
"Hmm peut-être. (Hmm maybe.)" Alexadrine changed lanes on the high way.
"I'm serious just watch." Jojo looked out the window.
"Alright everybody out." Alexadrine said parked in front of her house. Everybody got out and walked into the Crippens' house. "Well Mamma C they're all yours now." Alexadrine sat on the couch.
"Okay guys let's go. Alex if you leave can you lock up please?" Mamma C walked to the door with her kids. "Oh Prod you can stay here. I planned this for Jojo, Kaaliyah, and Laylah." She explained. Prodigy nodded and sat on the couch by Alexadrine. "Tun Sie das nicht, was Sie nicht tun sollen! (Don't do what you shouldn't do!)" Mamma C warned pointing at Alexadrine making her laugh.
"Ha I'll make sure that's exactly what we do!" Alexadrine walked to the door.
"I bet I'll whoop the both of you." Mamma C shouted as Alexadrine closed the door.
"I'll be back." She said as she walked to the room the Crippens let her sleep in when she stayed over. A few minutes later Alexadrine walked back in the living room and sat next to Prodigy.
"Should we finish our twenty questions game?" Prodigy asked.
"Sure." She turned towards him as he turned the tv off and faced her.
"Okay question five what's your favorite movie?" Prodigy asked.
"Oh uhm that's a hard question. I watch a lot of movies so I don't know." Alexadrine shrugged. Prodigy laughed admiring her face. Alexadrine noticed and looked down to hide her blushing. Catching her off guard Prodigy used his finger to lift up her head.
"Don't hide. It's cute." He said looking in her eyes.
"Thank you." She smiled tucking her hair behind her ear.
"How come you never say my name to or in front of me?" Prodigy asked Alexadrine. She shrugged.
"I don't know. It's just something that I do with people." Alexadrine explained. Prodigy nodded. "Next question." Alexadrine changed the subject. "What's your favorite childhood memory? She asked. While Prodigy was thinking Alexadrine's phone rang. When Alexadrine looked at it, she saw a text from her dad saying he was dropping off Jaxon, her younger brother, so she can take him to his soccer game. "Hold on. I'll be right back." She got up and walked outside. "Hey dad! Hey Hax!" She said when her dad pulled up.
"Hey. All his soccer stuff is in his bag. Do you know where it is?" Her dad asked her as she took her brother out the car.
"Yeah the one by Smoothie King. Come on Hax. Bye Uncle Pelah." Alexadrine and Jaxon walked back in the Crippens' house."You ready to play soccer?" Alexadrine asked Jaxon.
"Yeah!" Jaxon exclaimed jumping.
"Ok well come on so we can get you dressed and ready." Prodigy watched as Alexadrine and Jaxon walked to the back of the house.
