When I opened my eyes from my deep slumber I noticed the room I was in didn't have the crazy mint green paint. It didn't have the white curtains, or bathroom. My body straightend up as I lifted myself up, glancing around the room. Then, I looked over at the otherside of the queen sized bed. What filled my vision was Damon's sleeping face. I quickly remembered what happened. I came into his room like a sad puppy and we watched Paranormal Actitvy together. I looked back down at Damon, taking in his adorable expression sleeping face.
"Well, Chrissy. What did you two do?" I heard Chance's voice say. I quickly whipped my head around and saw him leaning against the door frame. My hands grabbed a corner of the comforter as I tossed it off my body.
"Nothing! We didn't do anything!" I nearly screamed, waking up Damon.
Damon's eyes opened. His nonccontacted covered eyes peering into mine as I turned around to face him. His eyes locked with mine. "I banged her, bro."
My jaw dropped. "Damon!"
"Good work bro." Chance congratulated.
"We didn't do anything! Damon's lying!" I pleaded.
Chance burst out laughing, his hand on his stomach. "God, Chrissy. Your reaction was the cutest thing ever."
I pouted, crossing my arms. "You guys are so mean."
Damon looked over at me. "Admit it, it was funny."
"It wasn't!" I disagreed loudly as I walked out the room to get dressed.
When I got into my bedroom, I slipped on a basic gray teeshirt and a black hoodie over it. I glanced at myself in the mirror, I looked okay. I tried to fit myself into skinny jeans, which made me envy how boys don't have to wear tight pants. Somehow a brush proceeded to get through my tangled bed head as I tied it up in a high ponytail. While I was applying makeup, a knock on the door filled my ears.
"Come in," I said as I patted eyeshadow on my eye lightly.
The door creakily opened as Aiden's tall figure glanced around, possibly looking for me. "Christine? Where are you?"
"In the bathroom." I called out as I slicked chapstick over my lips.
Aiden walked into the bathroom and glanced at me, a smile on his face. "Are you ready to go soon? We leave in half an hour."
I sat on my bed, gazing up at Aiden. "Yeah, I guess. I finished packing last night."
"Oh, by the way," Aiden started. "What was going on a few minutes ago?"
I blushed slighty as I ducked my face down. "I fell asleep in Damon's bed, Chance walked in, Damon said he 'banged me'."
"He didn't though, right?" Aiden questioned as he sat next to me.
I laughed loudly. "He didn't."
Aiden exhaled. "Thank god, nothing can make his ego go higher."
I shrugged my shoulders. "I guess so. "
"Wait, why did you fall asleep in his bed?" Aiden asked as he raised an eyebrow.
I sighed heavily. "I couldn't see, so I wanted to watch a horror movie. And I thought Damon would watch one with me and not make fun of me jumping whenever there was a popout."
"That's Damon." Aiden said, with a small smile. "Are you excited to go to a new state?"
I smiled. "Yeah. I'm going to miss this place. What state?"
"Can't say." Aiden started. "It's supposed to be a surprise."
"Ah." I understood.
Aiden gazed over at me. "Want to grab something to eat? Airplane food is costly and not the best quality."
"Sure." I agreed as we both got off my bed simultaneously.
When we exited my bedroom, I glanced around the house. Looking for Chance or Damon. I wonder if they'll miss this house. Well, they aren't moving out permentally. Just for a few months. After we reached our desination, the kitchen we both poured ourselves a bowl of cereal and sat down at the table.
Silence filled the cold air. Why not break it? "So, do we have an apartment or house?"
"Apartment. It's a three bedroom though. So we'll need two people to share a room." Aiden responded as he held his hand over his mouth to not expose chewed up Fruit Loops.
"Oh?" I started. "Who's rooming with who?"
"Chance doesn't want a roomate, at all. He likes his privacy. Damon doesn't want me to room with him. I, personally don't care for one." Aiden explained as he leaned on his left elbow.
"Wait. Does that mean I'll end up sharing a room with Damon?" I realised.
Aiden waggled his eyebrows. "Have fun."
"Aiden!" I responded, lowering my voice. "I change in my bedroom!"
Aiden winked. "Damon'll be happy."
"Wow, you're mature, Aiden."
