"August, what time does the service start" Miracle yelled from bedroom as I was in my closet getting ready for church this morning
"11" I responded
"Right you told me to get here at 10:30 so we could be on time it's 10:45 and you not even ready fool" She fussed and I laughed
"Shut up guh I'm almost done we gone make it" I told her putting on my chains and my blazer and walking out of my closet into the room only to see her making videos on snapchat.
"Is you ready?" I asked her and she glared at me
"Nigga I been waiting on yo slow poke ass, c'mon here boy" she got up from my bed and walked out of my room.
I know what y'all thinking and no Miracle and I is not togetha, I ain't even slept with the girl we just been kickin it the past week. She listen to a nigga when I needa get some thangs off muh mind.
Of course I know she do wanna get with me, I'm not even tryna go down that path. I been calling Koko for a week and she been sending me straight to voicemail. She'll read my text but won't respond. I'll go next door to the house and she won't open the door or she'll be gone and although I got a key I respect ha privacy.
I miss her ass like crazy and I know I was wrong but she just pissed me off not explaining to me who dude from the mall was.
Miracle and I walked outside to the Range and as we were getting in Koko was backing out of her driveway and as much as I wanted to wave her down, I know her seeing Miracle fucked that up.
"You must really love and miss that girl huh?" Miracle look said as she put her seatbelt on and I looked at her
"Why you ask dat?" I furrowed my eyebrows cranking up the truck
"Cuz Aug we been hanging together all week, and not once have you grabbed my ass, kissed on me, hell touched me. You haven't made one sexual comment and you been looking at ya phone every ten second." She chuckled as did I
"Everything we talk about you manage to bring her up and relate her to the situation" she finished and I sighed
"That obvious huh?" I rubbed my forehead and she nodded her head.
"Extremely, August you know I like you but everyday since studio that day I saw that she really loves and cares about you and out of respect for that I haven't tried to do anything with you.
The way you talk about her, how you smile at the mention of her name tells me you feel the same about her. I know we didn't have the best start I respect her cuz she claimed her man and she showed she ain't tolerate that disrespect shit and she genuinely loves you.
Yea I wanted to be with you but I see you're happy with her and I want you to be happy more than anything so me being around right now might not be the best if you trying to get back with her." Miracle said and it shocked the hell out of me
"Damn, Miracle that mean a lot guh for real" I smirked and she smiled
"And I meant it August, I want you to be happy and I know that's with her. You gotta get her back even if I gotta help" She looked at me and I squinted my eyes at her laughing
"You serious" I asked her and she shook head yes
"As a heart attack" she said looking me in the eyes with no hesitation.
