"Callie" Koko whined pouting with her arms folded
"You're not gonna come to TeTe?" She asked holding her hands out once again for Callie to come to her but she just laid there on my chest looking at her.
I looked down at Callie and she was just as unbothered with her pacifier in her mouth.
"Ughh Callie I can't believe you're doing me like this, you gonna make me cry." Koko covered her face whining and when she looked up Callie was still just looking like that don't bother me bih.
"Baybeh leave ha alone, she don't want chu, she want ha uncle." I rubbed Callie's back and Koko kissed her teeth.
"Oh shut up August" she waved me off turning over grabbing her phone off the dresser.
We were watching Callie for Travis and Tima while they were out on their lil date which is what they told Koko.
I was paying attention to the tv when a flash went off "You just took a picture?" I questioned
"Nah I took a picture" Koko mumbled and I smacked my lips
"Man don't be mad at me cuz she don't want chu" I chuckled kissing Callie's forehead.
Callie soon drifted off to sleep and I laid her down in the center of us "Baybeh" I mumbled rubbing Callie's chubby cheeks as she slept
"Huh" Koko mumbled not looking up from the papers she was looking at.
"When you gone have my baybeh?" I questioned and she looked up at me with her glasses sitting on the tip of her nose like a old woman...a sexy one tho.
"When I get my ring, until then no vowels no child" she smirked pointing to her ring finger.
"Damn it's like dat?" I chuckled shaking my head and she laughed nodding her head yea
"Yes it's like that, you know I want to be married before we have a child. Question is do you want to get married?" She asked writing something on the papers.
"Of course I want to get married and have a family, but I think we still young." I said watching her as she nodded
"Yea but I'm not going to be one of those ones that's with you for 10 years and never gets a ring. It'll be a year for us in a month, true it may not be that long but we've grown a lot together these past 11 months.
But I think it all depends on the connection and type of relationship you and your partner have. Yea we're young but we're too old to be playing games.
I don't want us to be 3 years into our relationship and not see any progress or not taking any steps in the right direction. I want to at least be engaged moving towards marriage you know. I want my ring so I know you're just as serious about us as I am." She explained and I nodded
"I hear you, we'll see" I pulled on my chin hair taking in everything she said which was all true.
"We'll see? What that mean?" She asked confused looking at me
"We'll see" I responded shrugging and she squinted her eyes at me.
"You ready for you birthday tomorrow baybeh? 22 you not a baby no more" I asked changing the subject and she kissed her teeth
