Chapter 12~Heartbreaks, Memories, and Toaster disasters?~

"Erin! Hi!" He looked as confused as me. I looked, well more like glared at Justin, and then looked back at Chaz.

"Hi Chaz. How have you been?" I asked.

"Umm...ok. I guess. How have you been?" He seemed thrown by the question, but slightly smiled.

"She just woke up from being in a coma" Sarah smiled. I looked at her like, "You crazy son of a biscuit" and she just grinned back at me. Chaz looked like he had just been told Zach Galifianakis died, which would be horrible. What's would the world be without Zach?! It would be a ball of gas and sadness.

"No I didn't!! I just fainted from...dehydration!! But I'm ok!" I lied.

"Oh...Ok. Well I'm glad to hear you're ok." He walked closer to me and I stood up. He smiled and smiled back. He pulled me into a hug and just the warm feeling of having his arms around me, made me want to cry. I wrapped my arms around him and smiled. I heard someone cough and then they started coughing really loud, like they were choking or something. I let go and turned around to see Owen glaring at me. Wow, I'm a really bad girlfriend.

"Erin! Can you come to the kitchen with me to get some water for my cough?" He said through gritted teeth. I nodded and followed him into the kitchen. As soon as we were far enough away from them, he turned to me and just stared intensely.

"Well?" He asked, and I could tell he was trying to stay calm.

"I'm sorry! I really am, I just, got a little carried away" I said, feeling really bad.

"Did you two have a thing back in Stratford?" Owen questioned. After I tell him this, he's gonna freak on me.

"Yeah... actually it was a big thing"

"How big?"

"Really big..."

"Well, how long was this 'big thing'?!?!" He exclaimed. I flinched at his tone.

"About...3 years.... Or 4?" I said. 4 years. I just didn't want to admit it flat out.

"4 YEARS?! Erin, we've been dating for a WEEK!! Look, maybe we need to take a break..." My heart fell like a rock thrown in the air.

"What do you mean?" I was trying to disguise my voice because it was getting shaky.

"I mean, he knows you like the back of his hand and I know you like the inside of a vault. What if some old flames spark and you want to get back together with him?" He asked.

"I could never get back together with him! He shattered my heart like glass. And right now, you're doing the same thing" I said through my now revealed shaky voice. After that we started to argue, not yelling, but just arguing.

I'm tired of getting my heart broken!

(Sarah's POV)

Once Erin and Owen left the room, Chaz turned to all of us and lifted his hands up like he was confused.

"Is that her boyfriend? Please tell me it's not" He frowned.

"It is" Justin said. Wow, nice way to break it easily to him, Justin!

"I'm sorry, Chaz. Wait, why do you wish he wasn't? Do I sense that you still like her?" I smiled. He looked down, then looked up with a slight grin on his face.
