Hello tween watchers, welcome episode one of my new miniseries, (random verb) Tweens and Where to Find Them. For tweens (10-13), tween watchers (idk how old), or parents who don't get their own kids.
Today we are observing the crushing tween. You can find this tween in your local fifth grade-eighth grade classroom. Our special guest crushing tween species is Awkwardus Likingus, found using special mating calls to attract the female gender of the Popularus Perfectoni, better known as 'Cool Kids.'
Oh, look! What a treat! Be very quiet... the Popularus Perfectoni male gender is coming! Nicknamed 'Players', the male Popularus Perfectoni are displaying their magnificent feathers to the Nerdia Girlus, who are over in the corner of the habitat.
Watch as the Nerdia Girlus use their special system of who talks to Players first.
The special system is called Truthia or Dareius, used by the Nerdia Girlus for many situations.
The Nerdia Girlus who has been selected by the other Nerdia Girlus' is going to the Players, displaying her feathers. Players is not impressed. When the Players are unimpressed, they then taunt the Nerdia Girlus for her failed efforts.
Ah, well, I see that the Nerdia Girlus have gone back to their natural habitat of the classroom, the Popularus Perfectoni to a party, and the Awkwardus Likingus to their future mate's shrine.
