Guys I have a story idea but I don't know if it's any good or if it's just good to me please read

The door flies open and there stands a short-haired girl in pajamas and a leather jacket, scratching her head and glaring. "Look hon, in case you're lost or somethin', the sign clearly states that the theater is closed, so like, go home, and get a map, 'cause this is where me and my dad live, above the theater, not on the same level," she says, her glossy black hair tossing. She glances at the rolled-up paper under my arm, and just glares harder.
"No, no, you don't understand," I say, "I'm Eddie, and I'm looking for a Sierra Chandler-"
"Listen kid, I'm Sierra, and that's great and all, but like, scram, okay?" she says, tucking hair behind her ear.
A guy's head materializes above Sierra. "Sierra Haven, what's going on in here?" he asks. Same shiny black hair as the girl, so probably related, but green eyes like mine.
"Hi dad," Sierra murmurs, but he doesn't answer. She takes that opportunity to leave the doorway, boots clunking.
"Oh uh, hi!" I wave awkwardly. "I was just, uh, well, my sister told me my cousin Sierra Chandler could help me with this thing I found, and that she lived here."
The guy, Sierra's dad, smiles and says, "So you're Hannah's boy, huh? I met your sister Emily, great kid," then he tilts his head and says, "And I saw you when you were a baby... how old are you now?"
"Fifteen," I say.
His eyes widen and he gestures me in.
The door leads straight to a couch, a TV, and a table covered in books.
"Have a seat," he says kindly.
"Thanks, uh, what was your name again?"
"Collin," he says, eyes sparkling with delight. "Your Uncle Collin."
"Okay. Thank you Uncle Collin."
Uncle Collin smiles and says, "Don't worry about Sierra Haven. She'll warm up to you soon enough."
"Where is she, anyway?" I ask. "And why do you call her Sierra Haven?"
"She's upstairs getting dressed, I presume," he says. "And I call her Sierra Haven because it's her first and middle name."
Sierra slides down the banister fully dressed.
"Oh. He's still here," she says dryly, inspecting her nails.
Uncle Collin ignores this and says, "Sierra Haven, Eddie here has something he wants to show you."
I nod. Sierra shrugs, snaps her gum, and says, "Okay Eddie. Show me what'cha got there."
Uncle Collin quietly takes that as his cue to leave, and Sierra puts all the books in a pile for me to spread the scroll on.
