For some reason I decided it would be hilarious if Minnow was taught things by Lio through song.
So I decided to slightly edit Steven Universe's Peace and Love.
What have I done.
Lio: *is reading*
Minnow: *approaches* Lion?
Lio: *looks up* hi.
Minnow: why did we stop planning for the overthrowal of Thar? Why are they just sitting there, looking at nothing?!? *points at Shark, Oak, and Birch staring at sunset*
Lio: they worked hard, they deserve to take it easy for a little bit. I mean, look at the view! *gestures* it's... beautiful.
Minnow: it's going to be blown to OBLIVION by the Afters if we don't get back to work! *shakes pen, it makes metallic sounds and ink sloshes*
Lio: Hey! Swish. What is that, a C? *hums a C*
Minnow: *looks at it and shakes again* the, pen? *shakes*
Lio: Yeah.
Minnow: *hits pen against hand, it makes new sound and sloshes*
Lio: *gasp* Oh my Afters! Now it's music!
Minnow: Music?!?
Lio: yeah, it's music! Like this, Doe Rey mi fa so la ti doe! *hums*
Minnow: Doe mi so doe...
Lio: Isn't it pretty *hums*!
Minnow: Doe mi so doe...
Lio: *hums* we're making music.
Minnow: What is the point? *Lio twirls around her* you're not, making, anything.
Lio: Well, if it isn't anything, they why does it sound so good? *humming more*
Minnow: I suppose it's just interest, devoid of substance or purpose, a hypothetical pattern! Doe mi do ti. For the satisfaction of bringing it to completion!
Lio: *shrugs* sure.
Minnow: Doe mi so ti.
Minnow: interest without meaning... solutions without problems?!?
Lio: and then you just add words. Here's something I've been working on...
*music to song starts*
Lio: Life and death and love and birth and peace and war on the planet earth. Is there anything that's worth more than peace and love on the planet earth, a-woah. Come on and sing it with me!
Minnow: Sing?
Lio: The words relate to the key!
Minnow: *holds up key* Key!?!?
Lio: If it's a pattern, if it's a pattern, then just repeat after me!
Lio: Life and death and love and birth...
Minnow: *mumbling and slightly singsonging* Life and death and love and birth...?
Lio: Now you sing mi, fa mi mi fa mi ti la.
Together: And peace and love on the planet earth!
Lio: yes yes that's it!
Minnow: That's so easy.
Lio: yeah, but that's what's fun about it. You should write something, you should write a song!
Minnow: *scoff* about what.
Lio: whatever you're thinking!
Minnow: *singing for Oak and Birch and Lio* I guess we're already, here, I guess we already, know. We've all got something to fear! We've all got no where to, go. I think you've all insane! But I guess I am too. Anybody would be if they were stuck in a war with you!
Lio: Hahaha yes!
Lio: Life and death and love and birth and...
Oak: Life and death and love and birth and.
Birch: Life and death and love and birth and peace and war on the planet earth.
Shark: Is there anything that's worth more.
Lio: Is there anything that's worth more!
Minnow: Is there anything that's worth more than peace and love on the planet earth...
