Charlie's POV

It was now Tuesday morning and this time Willow slept at my house. We didn't have another room for her to stay in because the guest room was being repainted. So she slept in Mary's room, which Mary was overjoyed about. I heard giggling for hours upon hours. I couldn't sleep. I went to Mary's room once telling them I was really tired and they just giggled, said goodnight, and then closed the door.

I feel dead tired.

It took Mary jumping on my stomach and Willow drawing a mustache on my face to wake me up. She used Sharpie...

So I went to school with a Sharpie mustache. How not embarrassing...

When we arrived at school and had just gotten out of the car, Jess came up to us.

"You guys are coming to my Halloween party on Saturday, right?" Jess asked.
We both nodded. "And uhm, Charlie?" Jess said. "What?" "There are better ways to develop facial hair." Jess smirked, high fived Willow, then walked back inside the school.

I stood there, my insides fuming, but then Willow just rolled her eyes and we walked inside.

The day went as usual. Austin and I avoided each other as much as possible. Then the end of the day came where I could play piano with Willow.

I entered the room and saw Willow pacing looking very nervous and biting her nails. This can't be good.

"Hey Willow? You okay?" I ask, truly concerned.
"Charlie, I need a favor. I just feel like you'll freak out, take it the wrong way, or both." Willow blurts.
"I would do anything for you Willow. You know that." I tell her.
"Well... Okay. But you have to promise you won't freak out."
"I promise, now what is it?" I reply.
"I really really like this one guy that I'm close to and if things go well with him then I'll need help." Willow tells me anxiously.
"Help with what?" I ask, still helplessly confused.
"I've sort of maybe never kissed a guy before and don't really know how. When I was fake dating you it was only tiny quick kisses. That's all I've ever done."

Oh. No.

"Charlie help meee." Willow begged.
"Willow, I love you, but I can't. I'm just not the right guy for this. I mean I didn't get any guidelines during my first kiss. You just gotta get a feel for it." I told Willow sincerely.
"Fine... I want you to be happy too. I will just wing it if the time ever does come." Willow said, slightly sighing at the end.
"Good. Usually I'd be happy to help but this is something else." I told her.
"Okay now that that is out of the way, have you had any Halloween costume ideas yet?" Willow asks.
"Hmm... We could go as something creepy." I suggest
"Or something cute..." Willow looks over to me and we both crack up laughing.

Willow loves Halloween so cute is never her forte.

"Let's just be zombies and call it good." Willow says quickly.
"Ugh but that's so cliche." I whine.
"Exactly. We're gonna be cliche zombies. It's like a sarcastic costume." Willow explains.
"Fine..." I say, still sorta unhappy.

After that day, the rest of the week was completely normal.

That kiss thing was weird though. Even for Willow. I'm sure she's just really nervous around this guy.

Wait. Oh no. Well it looks like I have a new problem.

Willow likes another guy! What am I supposed to do? I can't just sabatoge my best friend, but I can't just let this happen. I don't know what I'm gonna do! I wanna tell her how I feel, but she would most likely reject me.

Wow. I sound so completely weak. People everywhere else have bigger problems then me. A guy who's unsure on how to approach someone I love with my feelings for them. How cliche am I? I'm like another one of those cliche zombies! I need to get over myself.
