Charlie's POV
That night I got about two hours of sleep. I woke up at 2:30am to Willow screaming my name.
I bolted straight out of my bed and as I was about to open the door between our rooms, Willow opened it. Willow ran straight into my arms and hugged me tight.
"Are you okay? What happened?" I asked Willow quickly.
"It was you and you were hurt and I didn't know what to do and-" but I cut her off by pulling her back into a hug. I felt her hot tears hit my chest.
I usually slept shirtless but with pajama bottoms that way it was a perfect balance between hot and cold.
"I'm fine. You're fine. Everything is fine now." I told Willow reassuringly.
"I'm not fine! What if this nightmare starts recurring again? Charlie I'll go insane! I can't do this again..." Willow said quietly.
I led Willow over to my bed, sat her down, and handed her a tissue.
"If it does, we can take you back to that therapist and they can help you again." I told Willow. Willow nodded as she wiped away her tears.
When Willow was 12 she had a recurring nightmare about something that happened to me on my 12th birthday. It lasted two months but we finally got her help and it hasn't come back until now.
"How about you turn on some Criminal Minds and I'll go get some ice cream?" I told Willow. Willow nodded and I handed her the remote.
I quickly went downstairs into the kitchen and grabbed the ice cream tub and two spoons.
Once I got back into my room Willow was sat up against the bed frame watching Criminal minds. I handed her a spoon and the tub and sat next to her.
Once Reid came on the screen Willow got a bit excited. "Why hello." Willow said with an evil smirk playing across her lips.
After an hour I completely crashed. I was so tired after all of what happened I had to sleep.
I woke up at about 5am to see Willow had fallen asleep on my left shoulder. I smiled, kissed her head, and fell back asleep. Gosh I loved her so much. Moments like these, happy moments with Willow, they were all I needed to be happy.
When I woke up for the third time that day, it was 10am and Willow had jumped out of bed. She was repeating the words, I'm late, over and over again.
"What are you late for?" I asked Willow as I sat up and stretched a little.
"Uhm, I was supposed to be at Jess's house 30 minutes ago. We are supposed to start working on our science presentation today but I'm late." Willow told me quickly.
I wanted Willow to stay a little while longer but I understood she has priorities that she needs to stick too.
"Thank you for making me feel better last night. It really means a lot that you are there when I need you most." Willow had now walked over to me. She gave me a hug, said goodbye, took her keys and left.
Sammy's POV
Today Ben and I decided to work on a school project that had to do with which chemicals did what to plants. We decided to do it at his house since his parents have a huge greenhouse.
I was walking to his house since he lives across the street from me.
Today I was wanting to hang out with Willow but Charlie told me she was doing a project with Jess.
Right as I was about to ring the doorbell, Jess jogged up to me. She was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt with running shoes.
"Jess?" I said, a little confused.
"Hey Sam. I saw you walking across the street and thought I'd say hey. I've been jogging for about 15 minutes so far." Jess told me.
"What about Willow?" I asked.
"What do you mean, 'What about Willow?'" Jess asked.
"Charlie said she was with you doing a science project." I told Jess, now extremely confused.
"Oh I see. Maybe after last night they finally decided to date." Jess said with a very excited smile.
"I don't think so. Charlie said she left this morning around 10 to go somewhere. She didn't even change. Just left in her pajamas." I explained.
"Well she hasn't come by my place. It's eleven now. Maybe she's making a secret project or surprise party? I have no idea. Hey what do you have there?" Jess asked.
"Doing a project with Ben. Was just about to ring the doorbell." I told her.
"I wanna say while I'm still here then." And with that, Jess pushed the doorbell.
Ben's POV
I heard the doorbell ring. I got up from the couch and looked through the peephole. Sammy and Jess. Sure why not. I opened the door.
"Hey guys." I said smirking.
"Hey Ben. I just wanted to say hi." Jess said. I waved at her and laughed.
"Ready to work on our plant project?" Sammy asked me with enthusiasm you could only get from Sammy.
"Aw I forgot about that. I actually have stuff to do today. How about tomorrow?" I ask Sammy.
"Uhm, sure I guess I could do tomorrow. See ya later then." Sammy said.
"Bye guys.." I said smiling as I shut the door.
I quickly looked out the window to make sure they had left and I saw them walking away.
"That was so close." I said.
"Do you think they saw me?" Willow asked.
"Naw. With your ninja skills by hiding under a coffee table? Not a chance." I laughed and it slowly turned into a smirk.
I helped Willow up off the ground, drew her close to me, and kissed her. I could feel her smiling against my lips. I then picked her up and she wrapped her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck.
Sammy's POV
"I forgot to ask Ben what time I should come over tomorrow. You wanna come back with me?" I asked Jess.
"Sure, but only because running is killing me today." Jess replied.
So we started our short walk back to Ben's house. Once we got back to his front door I was just about to ring the doorbell when Jess stopped me.
"Sam! Sammy! Look!" Jess was pointing to the window next to his front door. I looked through and could see Ben was on his couch with some girl on his lap making out with him.
"Looks like Ben has got some company we didn't know about." Jess said with a smirk.
She then began to take out her phone.
"What are you doing?!" I asked Jess.
"It's called blackmail honey." Jess said laughing.
But then Jess stopped laughing.
"What is it?" I asked her.
Jess signalled for me to look at her phone. She had zoomed in on them, and then I understood what had Jess so spooked. It was... BEN AND WILLOW!?
"No way! Well looks like I gotta break this little fiesta up." Jess said.
Jess opened the door wide open and we saw them. They were frozen. Dead in their tracks.
"Crap!" Ben said.
Willow got off of Ben's lap, kissed his cheek, said goodbye, and stormed out, passing us and looking at us quickly with an angry look upon her face.
