Rejected!

Strangers POV:

She turned around startled. She had not seen anyone other than Celestia since the "accident."

I noticed her eyes. A dark haunting blue. They took my breath away.

My goodness she is beautiful! If only Celestia could see that!

If someone stares long enough they will think they are watching the night sky......

Sunrise studied me. Confused then her eyes widened as the truth dawned on her. She looked around her room taking in every detail.

She stood up and walked over to my side with her head hung low. We stood there for a while I could feel her working up her courage to make this decision.

She looked up holding her tears in. Her head held high and defiant.

I admire her for being so brave. In such a terrible time in her life.

"I-I'm ready t-to go." She spoke quietly.

She bit her bottom lip as she walked out the door with confidence. Like a normal princess starting a normal day.

I followed her leading her once in a while to the throne room.

In the Throne Room...

When Celestia caught sight of Sunrise she glared. I could feel the hatred radiating from her.

Sunrise walked boldly to her mother and I followed.

"This is your last chance to keep her." I stared intently into Celestia's eyes.

I knew that she wouldn't keep her. But I thought it would be nice to give her the chance.

Celestia turned her icy gaze to Sunrise.

"NO!"

I saw her smirk as Sunrise's eyes widened with fear.

"M-Mother please Let me try again." She stepped closer.

"I AM NOT YOUR MOTHER AND NEVER WILL BE. YOUR NOT EVEN GOOD ENOUGH TO BE CONSIDERED A PRINCESS!" Celestia screamed.

Sunrise hid behind me. I took a breath to keep my anger down.

I can't explode the way I did with the King. Not when Sunrise is here.

"Since you have rejected your own child..." I looked into her eyes. I took another deep breath and put as much magic as Celestia would be able to handle into my words.

The room grew dark my eyes went black magic swirled around the room so thick that even a non-magical pony would be able to feel the power within me.

"I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO RAISE HER TO BRING YOU DOWN FROM THE THRONE."

Celestia squirmed in her seat and Sunrise cocked her head to the side trying to make sence of my words.

"You will not hear from or of her until a year before she takes over." My voice boomed through the castle. The castle echoed.

Celestia's POV:

My eyes widened with fear. I had been ruling for so many years and I didn't want it to ever end.

I stood up and kept my emotions under control. I glared at The Stranger.

"Leave NOW! Before I decide not to banish you...." I paused and looked at the Ugly Creature behind The Stranger.

It poked it's head out from behind him. I saw it get excited. I chuckled.

"But to EXECUTE both of you for treason!" I grinned as I saw the Ugly Creature's face fall and it's tears began to cascade down onto the floor.

The Stranger's glare had not wavered. I started feeling something I've never felt before.

What is this feeling? So sudden, so new? I felt it the moment he laid eyes on me.....

Am I feeling nervous?

NO I CAN'T! I'M THE QUEEN! IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR A QUEEN TO FEEL THIS WAY!

The Stranger's POV:

I knew the queen thought I was staring at her but I wasn't.

I was staring past her and I saw a little pony hiding in the shadows.

She was about Sunrise's age. Her eyes were the color of her mother's. She was a dark purple with pink and purple wings. Light pink main and tail with white streaks. Both in a loose "pony tail"

Her cutie Mark was like her mother's yet slightly different. Instead of a crescent moon it was a full moon with a musical note inside.

She was scared after hearing her aunt yell at her daughter. She backed away melting into the shadows.

I was afraid that Celestia would discover that the pony was watching and send her away as well.

I looked back towards Celestia and tried not to growl. I turned away and left the castle. Looking back just to make sure Sunrise was following.

I knew I would have to come back very soon.

There are so many people to save from the Queen. To many for me alone. I will have to ask The Great Elder if Raphael and Braken can help me. I will need it..
