Bella Jasmine's POV

I wiped her tears. "Everything's.. gonna be alright.. I guess." I smiled and I left her alone. But to my surprise, Nathan was waiting for me outside. I gulped before I went near him.

"Hi, Nate," I said as I smiled. He frowned and ruffled my hair, causing me to slap him playfully at his chest. He laughed so loud, I covered his face because Roxanne might hear him. "Um, kanina ka pa ba?" I asked him.

"Pwede na rin. Ano ba pinag-uusapan niyo ni Roxanne?" His face became serious. "Parang kase ang seryoso naman ng pag-uusap niyo.. May sinabi ba siya sa'yo na masama?" I shook my head. If Roxanne said something inappropriate, or.. something not necessarily nice, then I would tell Nate.

Yeah. People do change.

"Weh? Mamatay man?"

I shot him a glare. "I don't want to die yet." I rubbed my hands then started to walk. "How about we eat some lunch? You know I'm very much hungry. I need some break. It's because of--"

"Mr. Bean?" He asked. And then I nodded. Haist. Mr. Bean is one of our professors. I hate him so much while the others love him with all their hearts. It's because Mr. Bean just lets us copy notes and stuff. He barely gives us assignments and projects. And I heard that he's low in giving grades.

Is he dang serious with that?

What kind of teacher is he?

"'Wag ka na ma-stress kay Bean." Btw, his name's pronounced as 'bin', but Nate says it as 'be-yan'. "Maganda nga 'yon, eh. Hindi tayo haggard. Onti lang ang gawain."

"Nate, what's the point of attending his class when you've got nothing to do except for copying notes that can be searched in Wikipedia?" I complained. "He doesn't even care if he has a huge amount of absentees. He's just gonna write it down, and not even scold the student the day after," I added. And he actually laughed.
