Chapter 1
CREAK! CREEEEAK! Liz tip-toed herself down her moonlight hallway toward the stairs. BZZZZZZZZ!
"My Phone!" Liz whispered as she tip-toed back to her room to grab her phone. Once more, Liz crept down her hallway and slid herself down the stairwell with a thump. She ran herself toward the kitchen to make a couple of midnight snacks to pack for herself and her famished friends. BZZZZZZZZ! Liz picked up her phone to read her notifications.
"We're Outside! Hurry We Dn't Hav All Nite!" texted her friend Sandy. Liz scooped out 12 miniature donuts out of her BabyCake Donut Maker and placed them into a small plastic bag with powdered sugar. She quietly turned the knob of her front door and walked into the front porch shrouded by the shadows of the night. She pulled the door shut behind her and took a great breath with closed eyes. Her exhaled breath swirled in the darkness and vanished as she walked through towards the condo gate. The gate closed with a big slam as Liz entered her friends sight of vision.
"You're finally here! What took you so damn long gurl! It's getting cold!" complained Kevin as he zipped up his navy blue hoodie.
"Sorry guys, but I made donuts while we go on our night stroll! Each person gets 2 mini donuts and there powdered sugar-ed too!" Liz pulled out the bag of sugary donuts to show the six of her friends. Their faces lit up with joy once the powdered pastries came into view. 'Ooos' and 'Ahhs' flowed out of their drooled mouths as the scent of the sweets were shoved up their nostrils.
"Don't worry you'll all get one, but not right now." explained Liz as she stowed the donuts back into her blue backpack and swung it over her back.
"So where will be parkouring tonight Liz?" asked Yaya as she looked above at the night's stars.
"In an alley, just down the street. It's obstacles and surroundings are the idea place for parkouring!" answered Liz as she lead her friends across the street.
"This is gonna be so rad! I can't wait to start parkouring on the walls and buildings! You got teach me everything you know Liz!" exclaimed Justin as he kicked the air with his foot.
"Are you sure this parkour thing is safe Liz?" questioned Jahlani.
"Of course it is! Since we have a parkour artist with us, what could go wrong!?" jumped in sandy as she answered Jahlani's question.
"Ok! Here we are! Let's do some PARKOUR!" shouted Liz as she and her friends ran down the alley shouting 'Ya!'....
