EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED!

Chapter 1

It was time! The moving van was here, the house was pretty much empty and I wasn't ready to leave my home! Hi, I'm Skylar Reynolds . I'm 15 years old. I'm a freshmen in High School and I live in Chicagio, Illinois Well at least for now I do. I'm moving to Concord,New Hampshire. and I'm not looking forward to it because this house that I'm standing in right now has been apart of my life since I was born and I'm really going to miss this place! The worst part is your not visiting someone's house and then leaving and then you can just come back again. I have to leave for good! My mom's name is Traci. She just turned 40 about a month ago and my dad is in the army right now. His name is Jack. I'm really worried about him. I think about him every single day I call him at least once or twice a week only. Since his really busy. Come on Sky. You have to walk the dog around the block my mom said. Ok mom. I said. For my 15th birthday I got a English springer spaniel puppy. I named her Pepper. She's only 3 months old . Come on Pepper I said. Woof she said in her cute little bark. I put her on her paw print leash and brought her outside. I'm really going to miss this place. Are you Pepper? Woof she said. Aww I giggled. Out of my purse I heard my phone ring. I took it out and saw that my dad was calling. I looked at the caller I.D. saying dad is calling very happy and surprised. I picked up the phone. Hello I said excitedly. Hi, Hon. My dad said. Hi dad I said smiling! How are you he asked. We're good I guess. I'm just taking Pepper for a walk now and she's looking at me right now. She probably knows I'm talking to you. Aww hi Pepper my Dad said. Pepper's eyes lit up. How are you dad? I asked. Good I guess. I wish I was home with you guys. I  started to tear up. I wish you were home too. Just then I heard a text alert as I was on the phone. It was from my mom. It said... come on Sky. We have to go. Dad I have to go. We are getting ready to leave. Can I Skype with you later? I'll see. Probably. Ok. Bye daddy. Be safe! I love you. I love you too Angel. Bye! Bye love you. As I hung up I heaved a sad sigh. I hope he comes home safely soon Pepper. I said.
