Driblets

Some people come into your lives not intending to ruin it, but this is what they end up doing. Bad influences we call them. So choose your friends wisely and don't trust people easily.

Everything's so crazy

Everything's so messed up

I don't know where to begin

It's just too much to rap up

Being told that you'll never fit in

That you'll never get what you've always wanted

Disappointing much?

Those bad influences are black driblets

Rapidly expanding in your life as they endeavor to destroy it

Causing everything to vanish behind it

Causing white sparkles to flee

Taking away all what used to be...

reasons for my smile

They're taking them away from me

But NO! They won't ail me

They won't eat away my precious memory

They won't irk me no more

Because I won't get hurt by their pernicious mischief

Bailing out the good from my brain is what they wish

Watching me coil up in my bed and cry is what they relish

But that's not going to happen again

Because I will stand strong and build an army

Of friends and family who will always defend me. And then,

they'll get deceived, and become the prey of their own tricks, and will run away

Just run run run till they no longer be able to hide,

won't be able to retain their pride

Then decide to face me, and all their blunt facts will come out

They will run out of words and get tired of their lies

Because they know I've witnessed everything with my naked eyes

And that's when I'll begin

I'll give them a piece of my mind, and all my anger will pop in

That's when they'll know that they were wrong

I'm not that volatile, and they'll know I'm strong

To stand up for myself and defend my beloved

Finally, they'll stand in disgrace and apologize but then

I would be long gone and moved on, and they'll realize that they were just driblets in my mysterious life!
