"What the fuck are you doing here!" I yelled just loud enough for everyone to quickly turn towards the front door.
"I wanted to see you." She looked past me and gasped. "Chad is that you?" Chad turned and his face went from happy to pissed beyond comprehension in two milliseconds. He started to bulk up like he was going to charge.
"What are you doing here? Oh, I know you wanted to make 'amends' with us, well it's not gonna work with me." and stormed out to the back yard slamming the door I could feel the tears forming in my eyes, and starting to shake.
I felt Hannah walk up behind me.
"Hey, babe why don't you go outside too cool down okay?" I calmly walked away.
"Look, I know you want to make amends with her and Chad, but it doesn't happen overnight, especially under these circumstances, you haven't even TRIED to contact them. I think its best you leave. We'll meet later you Beth and I."
Woah how'd she do that without screaming?
She walked to me.
"Hey beautiful," she kissed my cheek while putting an arm around my shoulder. "You wanna turn in early tonight?"
I wiped my nose with my shirt.
"No, this is for YOU not me, I want you to be happy too."
"Look at me, you need to be happy too. I am happy when you are happy."
