"So what happened?"
"What do you mean?" I tried to change the subject. It didn't work.
"You know exactly what I mean." She crossed her arms. Damnit now, calm the duck down hormones now is NOT the time.
I sighed.
"Okay, but.. you're not gonna like it." She nodded.
"Okay, a few years ago, before I came to gripps with the fact that I'm gay I was trying to convince myself that I was straight." Hannah sat still listening making me more anxious.
"I slept with him." Hannah's face dropped.
"We dated for about 3 months before he hit me."
Her beautiful bright eyes became dull with pain. Pain for me.
"I left the relationship, well... Tried, no matter where I went, he found out where I was, except now." I looked down.
"I didn't wanna tell you because I knew it would hurt you."
"What would hurt me?"
"That I slept with him."
"look, I understand. I really do. You were trying to convince yourself that you weren't gay,I did the same thing" I was fidgeting with my fingers.
"I did the same until I realized that the only person who has to be okay with it is me, well... Us." I looked down at my shoes.
"Im sorry I didn't tell you."
"It's okay, the only thing that hurt me was that you didn't tell me."
