"Damn, what did you guys do last night?!" I woke up to a bright light and Michael hovering over me, yelling.

"Huh?" I rubbed my eyes and I heard groans and moans from everyone being woken up so early by Michael's booming voice.

"Go look!" I jumped out of my bed and ran to the bathroom, and my jaw dropped as I saw myself in the mirror.

"Oh shit!" I whispered. "I have a hickey!" I covered my mouth in shock. There was a dark purple mark on the left side of my neck, that had to be caused by Ashton's kissing and sucking from last night.

"Hey, baby, it's okay." Ashton came in and wrapped his arms around my waist, giving me a soft kiss on the cheek.

"But Ashton! What will my parents say? I've never gotten a hickey before!" I cried.

"They're going to scream at you and tell you how horrible you are and disown you." Michael called out from the bedroom.

"Michael!" I screamed.

"What?" He shrugged. "Just a guess."

"Babe, just cover it until it gets better. Got any turtlenecks?" Ashton comforted me.

"Turtlenecks, are you kidding? I absolutely despise turtlenecks with a passion. I own none." I said in disgust.

"Well I'll scratch that off of things to get you for Christmas." He giggled.

"But seriously," I said, walking back to the bedroom. "How will I cover it up?"

"Maybe you could say that you got a bug bite." Suggested a sleepy Luke.

"A bruised purple bug bite?" I said, plopping on my bed.

"An infected bruised purple bug bite?" He tried again.

"I don't know if that will work, but I'll try. What if my mom tries to put ointment on it?"

"Secretly replace the ointment or whatever with something else. Or just wash it off right after." Calum said.

"Really?"

"Take my advice. I've gotten a million from Brianna."

"A million ointments?" Michael asked.

"Hickeys, dumbass."

"So wait, Izzy got a hickey from Ashton? You go girl, get some!" Amy said, who just woke up, and was just catching up.

"Our little Izzy is growing up!" Added Nav, somewhat sarcastically, but also somewhat proud.

"Yeah, yeah, thanks." I said, quickly brushing it off. "I just can't believe I have a hickey."

"And I can't believe you never got one from your ex. He seems like the type to mark his territory." Ashton said to me.

"Well, he actually never even kissed me. He claimed he was waiting for the perfect time, but I never really believed that. So Ashton, the first time we kissed, that was my first kiss, ever."

"Woah, really? He never even kissed you? He's stupid as fuck because Izzy you're-"

"Mate, stop fucking ranting and just be happy you're her first kiss!" Michael cut him off.

Ashton took his advice and he picked me up, spun me around and then as he put me down, he gave me a long, passionate kiss.

"I'll help you hide this, because trust me, this won't be the last time we need to hide a hickey from your parents."

💔

"Calum, do you ever think about Veronica?"

"Only every day."

It's about noon now, and everyone has gone downstairs so we could order some food for lunch. Everyone except Calum and Brianna, who decided to stay up in my room for a little bit. They said they'd come down once the food arrived. I had come upstairs to get my phone, which I had left on my bed, and I heard them talking. I waited outside the door, listening to their conversation.

"Me too. I wish she was still inside of me, although we'd be able to hold her in our arms by now." Brianna laughed softly. "That pregnancy was pretty tough, but I would go through it all over again if it meant we had our little girl."

"I couldn't wait to be a father. I knew we were getting an earful of shit about it, but knowing we were going to have her in our lives faded all that away." Calum said.

"Why did the miscarriage have to happen Cal? Why did it have to fucking happen?" Brianna raised her voice. "I miss her so much, and I never even got to meet her." She softened her tone, and tears filled to the brim of her eyes.

"I know, babe. I do too." Calum wiped away a droplet that made its way down Brianna's cheek.

"Calum." Brianna started.

"Yes, baby?"

"Have you ever though about trying to have another child?"

"Actually, I have."

"Not to replace Veronica though. No one could ever replace our baby girl. She'll always live on in our hearts, forever. But, as a little sister or brother to her. It could fill the emptiness in our lives."

"I'd love to become a father. Baby #2, I can't wait." Calum replied, a smile forming on his face as he wiped his red eyes.

"So, it's settled. We'll try for a baby?"

"Second time's a charm."

"I just know Veronica would love her new baby brother or sister. She's watching us from heaven, our little angel."

"Aww!" I whispered from my place outside the door.

"Cal, did you hear something?"

Oh no.

"No, maybe you were just hearing everyone talking from downstairs."

"Yeah, probably."

Saved by the Cal-Pal.

"Food's here!" Amy yelled.

"I love you! You seriously make my dreams come true." I heard Michael tell the delivery guy.

"Let's go get something to eat." Brianna stood up and grabbed Calum's hand.

Shit. I needed to go downstairs so they would think I've been down there the whole time. I could get my phone later. I tried to stand up from my crouched position in front of the door and ended up smacking my forehead on it.

"Ow!" I whispered and fell back. I quickly got up and ran down the stairs holding my forehead, trying not to scream out in pain. Ashton was on the couch and I flung my body on him just in time for Calum and Brianna not to notice that I had been kinda sorta accidentally on purpose spying on them.

"So...who wants food?"

💔

So, Calum and Brianna are going to try for another baby. How will that go? And Izzy got her first hickey, guess she's not so innocent anymore! Anyway, I love you all!
