I stood there, in a dark void black as night. Filled with memories of the past... A female silhouette slowly faded in, An unusual white colour. I cautiously watched her as she began to step in an odd circle around me, turning her head every few seconds to glance at my face. Then all of a sudden, She remained still. By her outline; I could tell that she looked like me. Her hair slightly more wild, less tame. She wore the same kind of cloak- But it was ripped and torn, Like she had been in a vicious fight. The outline of her face was also similar to my own. I've seen her four times in total before, In exactly the same place. But I have only ever seen her eyes open once. And they are a fierce, Bright, Blood-red. That one time she opened her eyes, It felt as if she ripped my soul open and peered into my heart... Like she'd taken all of my magic power and I was left with no energy at all. Her eyes were enough to paralyse me. But what's worse now; already I can't move a single muscle in my body. The most I can do is breathe...

In one almighty thrust with sheer ease, Her hand flew sharply upwards, And one of her fingers was pointing directly at me, at eye level. And I could do nothing but watch in terror as her mouth opened, and for the first time; she began to speak. Her voice was shrill, and cold like ice, and her words were like sheer emotional bursts of daggers, Flying towards my face. "Why do you not hold true to your real power, Dragon-Slayer..?" She snarled. "The things we could do, the things we could accomplish if you let me take control... We'd be invincible... No-one would stand in our way!" She continued, raising her voice. "All this Dark magic you have, all this... Shadow magic... And you choose to throw it away on a pitiful guild of weaklings!" She yelled. Paused. "When instead... We could rule that Guild completely... No. Guilds. ALL OF THEM! Your past- Our past... We could make them suffer for it! With my power added to yours... We would be a renowned, feared force to be truly reckoned with!!" She threw herself forward and grabbed my shirt-neck, pulling me in close to her face, making me stare into her abyss of a chaotic smile. Her eyelids began to move. I held my breath.

A sudden echoed cry began to break the surface and all our movements ceased to exist. The muffled voice seemed to yell and repeat itself.. Over.. And over... I began to feel extremely dizzy. The girl loosened her clutch on me. "You'll accept and release me one way or another..." She pulled her arms back next to her sides before slowly turning around. "I've seen it." She let out a heavy sigh. "Amber." Her voice spoke, more gentle than before. I lifted my head to face her back; shocked at her sudden change of attitude. I felt my legs wobble slightly, and started to reach out my hands to try and regain some balance before I lost it completely and hit the floor. "W..What?" I managed to squeeze out of my throat. The echoed voice kept calling, louder and louder, beginning to become more clear. It was my name. A familiar voice. The girl turned her head to the side. "Don't make me repeat myself!" She snapped sharply. "My name is Amber. Now get the hell out of here. You fool." Her tone was low and her voice quiet. With every shutting and re-opening of my eye-lids, she faded further out of my view, until finally; she was gone. The now yelling voice kept screaming for my attention, ringing in my ears. "WAKE UP! NAT!!! NAT!!!!"
