They're never going to admit it, but the two somewhat understand each other. They both feel, and sorta are, the least known/favorite of their personal country. But the two took different paths of trying to get people to remember them. Romano pushes people away while Prussia attempts to get attention by being loud and constantly claiming he's awesome. Which he is.
