Rome is actually Romulus. When Romano was born, Rome was overjoyed, but when Italy was born as well, Rome suddenly separated the brothers, bringing Romano to Spain and Italy to Austria. He thought that Romano or Italy would kill the other for main control of Italy. Luckily it hasn't happened.
