Momoko POV
"Akatsutsumi-San."
"Oh hey Aki-kun," I smiled turning around.
It was about the mid-afternoon. In the field behind the school, I was on my way towards the front. Walking to the lab of course.
"H-How you know it was me?" He said confused
"You're the only one who refuses to call me by my many first names."
"Right...." he took off his hat, running through his ginger hair
I took the liberty to snatched the hat and place it on my head. "H-Hey!"
"Hi!" I replied "What? I think I look adorable like this."
Brick's face turned even redder and he rolled his eyes. "Give it." He demanded
"If I recall, you stole my dress before."
"Don't bring that back up....I still try to forget."
I started walking towards the sidewalk that connected towards the front of the school building. Still with Brick's hat on, still with Brick behind me. It was silent, and only more confusing he hasn't taken his hat from me yet.
The wind started picking up and the cold breeze only hurt more. Soon it got strong enough to knock me off me feet. "Momoko!" Brick yelled "Hey you're okay right?!"
"Yeah," I stood slowly "But, your hat, it blew down there."
"Stay up here, okay?" He said walking slowly down the hill.
It seemed like hours- though it was like three minutes- the time I spent waiting. I had had enough before trotting down the hill. Oh but life isn't so fair for me for I found myself rolling down the hill! I hit something on my never ending spiral and kept on rolling farther.
When the rolling finally stopped, I landing face first with whatever I hit on the way down.
"Ow," I whined holding my head
"Ow," I heard a groan from below me?
I was sitting on a person, legs on either side. My face burned hot, realizing, I was sitting on BRICK! His face burned red hot looking at me in the eye. We both sat up fast a fair distance away from each other. That was possibly the most embarrassing I've been around him. As the wind picked up I looked in the direction it was blowing and finding Brick's hat being blown with it.
"Your hat!" I yelled going after it.
"Akatsutsumi-San, wait up!"
I chased the hat until it lead me to a stream, I had to jump to get it before it was out of my reach. Oh how the world loves to twist life to the extent. Whilst I was in the air, a certain red-headed boy came crashing right into me. Within second, I'm laying on my back in a stream, shallow stream, with a red rowdy on top of me. You know, like normal days!
"Ow, sorry Akatsutsumi-San." he said looking down on me before blushing harder
"N-No." I tried saying. This scene looks like something out of a shoujo manga! But instead of the mysterious cool silent boy or sweetheart innocent kid- I got a Rowdyruff Boy. Though, I find him more mysterious than them.
The entire 'page' was wordless and flipping through the pages looking at each panel to see who'll speak up first.
"A-Aki," I said "I caught your hat," I smiled placed the red cap on his head. His face changed and he started to smile, soon enough Brick was full on laughing. "What's so funny!?"
