Boomer POV
Knocking guards out of the way we raced up the outer stairs. "Ready?" Butch asked by the door
"Let's go," Kaoru said as he bust the door down.
"Hello children!" that sickly voice crackled "So nice of you to join me in my ultimate time!"
Buttercup had already took her swing at him and missed. Bunny backed her up as I helped them. "Kids, I thought I taught you how to use those silly weapons!"
"Did we even hit him?" Bunny breathed out heavily
"I don't know," Butch replied going in for an attack. Jean grabbed his leg and pushed him towards the end of the platform. Butch slid till he reached the end and grabbed it before he fell.
"Butch!" BC yelled
"I'm okay!"
"Watch out," I grabbed her blocking the blast
"Stay focused," Jean smirked
"Guys, I could use some help here," Bunny said
"Right," I said "BC, I got your back."
She nodded to me and went by Bunny's side. I could feel something very wrong with Jean. I know he was being controlled but something else was in him. HIM's aura glows brightly off his skin but someone in there is Jean himself.
Boomer POV
"Boomer look out!"
Before I could move, someone pushed me out of the way. "Idiot you almost got shot!" Brick yelled
"Brick? When did you get-
"Just now, get up, Blitz and Bloss are helping Miyako."
"Good," I said
Jean smirked at us. "Isn't it my favorite experiments." Looking around Kaoru was helping Butch off the edge and Bunny was barely standing on her own.
Without a second wasted Jean attacked Brick with a knife and Brick blocked his arm. Jean stepped back and turned to me and I forced him back. I sent lightning to him and his slammed against the capsules. Brick was heaving and I was barely standing.
"You good?" Brick asked
"Barely," I groaned. I looked up and Jean's body was gone. "Where did he-
I didn't see it coming, but I got this sharp pain in my side. I could feel blood pouring out of the wound.
"Boomer..." his voice sounded so faint. It was all blurry and I couldn't see anything now.
"BOOMER!"
Miyako POV
Blossom twirled my wand around in her hand striking down the many guards that came at us. "I was so wrong, this is like an awesome combat weapon." she smiled
They numbers only multiplied. Beatrice was still leaning against the wall with an anguished look on her face. Momoko told me she was barely able to stand. "Head's up!" Blitz yelled blowing a strong gust in my way.
Just then, I heard someone screaming from above us. I looked up at a falling figure. "BOOMER!" I screamed
Blitz ran over before I could, and flew up to catch Boomer. "Miyako keep fighting!" he yelled
I wanted to run over there but I knew what they needed most was me to do now was to keep as many guards at bay.
"Miyako, I have an idea, but it may not be the best." Momoko told me
"What do you mean?" I asked
She didn't answer, almost as if she didn't want to. Neither of us could stand our own and with Blitz gone, it was harder to fight now. Hesitantly she asked me to surround the area in a water barrier. I did so blocking out all the men trying to currently restock there bullets.
"Wait..Momoko!"
Before I could even finish the entire area was covered in ice. Just as she finished she tripped over herself. I ran over to her, so did Beatrice.
"Momo.."
"I'm fine Miyako, that should hold them for the time being." she smiled slowing passing out.
"She's still breathing," I said trying not to cry.
"I'll try and help," Beez said
"What?! You are in no condition to fight Beatrice!"
"Miyako look around you!" she yelled "Brick is fighting, Momo, Boom, Butch and Usa, are out of commission! Kaoru and Blitz are trying to save them! We have no one else but you and me right now!"
"I know that. I hate that I understand that right now. But, we've never trained for this! We've never tried to become stronger for this! Anything but this! This isn't Townsville!"
She grabbed both of my shoulders "I gonna do something really stupid now. So stupid that I'm not gonna be able to fight for awhile. The ice will hold the guards back for at least a couple seconds after this. We need to be up and ready by then okay?"
She smiled slightly as if it was to reassure me. I smiled a little staring back at her than Momoko. "Fine, I'll trust you ."
I watched Beez limp over to in front of the ice. I stood with Momoko over my shoulder and Blitz the same with Boomer. Beez turned back to smile at me. She held five fingers to me and I nodded as she did the same to Blitz. I worried expression grew on his face but he looked ahead at the door.
Beatrice POV
Are you sure you want to do this? I can't guarantee you'll live.
That's why I want to do it. I don't know what will happen but I'll had saved them and that's all that matters.
That's something I don't understand about you humans, you're always willing to help out another fellow human. Even if it means your life.
Maybe you don't have to understand, just sit back and watch. You'll be surprised with a 'human' can do.

Miyako and Blitz had already left. I could feel their energies leave me in this room. There were only a few now. Mine, Jean's, Brick's, Kaoru's, Usa's, Butch's and the souls of the young gunmen that stood before me.
I touched the thick ice and felt a pattern going through it. It was so cold and so warm. Momoko is cold and warm. I took a step back and focused on one single point. I could the power building up, a small ball of pure energy forming in my hands.
I remember a special time like this.
A white light surrounded the area and the ice was blown back along with all the men. I could barely stand and dropped onto my side. There I was almost asleep in the snow I made. I could only stare up as few rain drops dropped on my face.
It was dead silent.

I'm not even..the internet has been off. I cannot right except after school while I'm waiting for my ride. I might add that I have to sit outside in the ungodly Florida winter cold.
