Amanda's POV: Zach and I have been sitting in this basement for 6 hours when the guy comes downstairs and says,"Which one of you rats told? I bet it was you, little one.",he comes over to me and slaps me hard. I'm holding my cheek and he kicks me. I then fall over. He says,"I don't know how you did it but don't do it again or it will be worse. Let's go we're moving." I'm crying now. I try to get up but I can't. The guy says,"Get up bitch." Zach says,"She obviously can't." The guy says,"Shut up i can do more to you then I can do to her." Then he kicks me again. Since Zach is over protective he was gonna say something but I stop him and say,"Zach, please don't." Zach sighs and helps me up and brings me to the van. We probably would've ran but the guy had the gun again. He locks us in the back and starts driving. Zach says,"You okay, bug?" I say,"Zach I miss Edwin. I just wanna be home." He says,"I do too. But at least we know they are trying to find us. They will find us. I promise." I say sniffling,"I don't want him to hurt us anymore, Zach." He puts his arm around me and lays my head on his chest. He says,"I don't want him to either. I can't stand to watch you get hurt. Once we get out of this, if this guy isn't put in jail,Edwin will beat his ass." We finally get to a stop and the man opens the trunk and we were in the middle of nowhere again but more into the woods. I can't tell where we are but it doesn't look like California. He pulls us out and we are in front of a cabin similar to the other one we were in. The guy opens the door and it smells like Mrs.Matlin's classroom. The guy pushes us in and then locks the door behind him. He says,"Since you two start problems together I'm gonna separate you guys." He grabs Zach's arm and pulls him toward a room. I can't do this without Zach. He's all I have and I don't wanna lose him. I start crying and I yell,"Zach no!" He's trying to pull away from the guy and he's tearing up while screaming,"Amanda!" Zach finally gets out of his grip and I run towards him and he pulls me into a tight hug and has tears going down his cheek as he says still in the hug,"Stay safe for me bug. I love you." I say,"I love you too Zach." We are interrupted when the guy pulls me off of Zach. I yell,"ZACH!" But it's too late as the guy pulls Zach into the room and closes the door behind him. I'm sitting on the floor crying when i hear Zach crying and saying,"Please don't hurt her. Please don't." I can't stay strong without Edwin and Ethan and Zach. Well my friends too, but technically they are what matters most to me. The guy comes out the room and pulls me to another room with a bed inside. He pushes me onto the bed and says,"I'll be back tomorrow don't do anything stupid or else." He leaves the room locks the door. I look out the window to the van outside then I see the man walk out to the van and drives off to who knows where. I'm sitting around and then I think,"If the guy is gone for the rest of the day, I can go be with Zach." I run to the door and surprisingly he left it open. Then I run to Zach's door and open it to see my brother crying on the bed in his room. I say,"Zach don't cry." He looks up and just hugs me. We just sit there hugging and I say,"He said he won't be back till tomorrow. We can go home." He says,"No bug we can't. If he gets us we are dead or at least one of us. And I'm not ready to lose you." I cry and say with my voice cracking,"I can't lose you Zach. You and Edwin are all I've ever had." I then remember something and say,"Zach! Let's call Edwin!" He says,"Give me your phone." I give him my phone and I click on Edwin's contact and call him and put him on speaker. After one ring I hear a raspy voice say,"Hello?" I start crying and I say,"Edwin!" He realizes it's me and with his voice cracking he says,"Amanda! Is Zach okay?" Zach puts his arm around me in a brotherly way and says,"I'm right here Edwin." Edwin says,"I thought I lost you guys." I say,"You can't lose us even if you try." He says,"Where are you guys?" Zach says,"We don't know he moved us. Track Amanda's phone and come because they put us in different rooms." I say,"I think he's gonna try and rape me." I could sense that Edwin clenched his fists. Edwin then said,"That's not fucking happening. I'm not letting him hurt you both anymore. I'm coming for you guys. I'll see you guys soon. Stay safe. I love you." We both say,"Love you too Edwin." And then we hang up. I stay in Zach's arms that night hoping Edwin finds us.
