Amy's POV:
After my really awkward conversation with Grayson, I felt him looking at me every couple of minutes. I never looked back at him though. I didn't talk to anyone, considering Amanda was back there with her boyfriend and her brother, Alyssa was listening to music, and Cara and Edwin were talking about random crap. So I just looked out the window. Before I knew it, they were at my house to drop me off. "Bye Uglies", I said which lead to different replies from different people: Grayson said ,"I wish one day I could be your ugly", while smirking. Amanda said, "Hey!" While Ethan replied to her saying, "You're not ugly, babe". Cara said, "Wow couldn't come up with something better?" While Edwin said, "You've obviously had a terrible bad influence". Zach said, "Ha you would've thought". And Alyssa said, "lol stop lying. I know I'm hot". They drove off and I was walking to the door when I heard someone call my name. "AMY", oh it was Daniel. "Yeah Daniel", I said while turning around to face him. "Hi", he said with the biggest smile on his face. I smiled back at him, I mean he's adorable of course I smiled back. "Can you do me a favor?", he asked. "Um sure what is it?" "Do you mind if I sleep over? My house has a bug infestation and my family went to a hotel and I didn't feel like going so IaskedifIcouldstaywithafriendandsinceyoursmybestfriendIthoughtyouwouldletme", he said really fast. "Let me ask Bea", I said and walked to the door. I opened it and screamed, "BEAAAA". It wasn't that late it was like 8 p.m. So she was awake. "What", she said walking down the stairs. "So, my friends house got a bug infestation and I was wondering if they could stay with us tonight" "Hmm, is this person tall, brown hair, brown eyes, ya know, maybe um... DANIEL SKYE" "Yeah, how'd ya know it was him?", I said nervously. "Just a guess" "His mom told you, didn't she", ya see Daniel's mom was like our second mom. She took care of us a lot growing up (If our grandma couldn't) until Bea's music career took off and we could afford to live in the house across the street from them. "Hell yeah she did. Daniel can stay, BUT he's sleeping on the couch and DEFINITELY NOT in your room." "Ok", I said walking outside and telling Daniel he could stay over for the night. "YAY. IT'LL JUST BE LIKE WHEN WE WERE 8 AND WE WOULD HAVE SLEEPOVERS AT MY HOUSE" "Yeah definitely", I said laughing at how innocent and adorable he sounded. We walked to my room and he started jumping on my bed. I started laughing and he said, "C'mon", while pulling me on to jump with him. After we got tired of jumping, we sat down and I grabbed my laptop. I went on Netflix and picked a movie for us to watch. When we were, we would always watch the Powerpuff girls, so that's what I put on. He moved closer to me and we started watching it. After one episode we went down stairs and got food. I got the chips and he got juice boxes. "YAY. THOSE ARE MY FAVORITE", he screamed in excitement. I couldn't help but laugh at how we were acting like we did when we were 7. "C'mon lets goooooooo", I said as we walked to the stairs. "Race?", he asked me. "Duh", I replied considering when we were younger we would always race each other. "1...2...3...GO", we shouted, running as fast as we could up the stairs. "YAY", I said jumping up and down because I won and he lost. "I WON. I WON. YOU LOST. YOU LOST. HAHAHAHA.", I said rubbing it in his face. "NO I WANNA HAVE A REMATCH", he said. "NO I WON FAIR AND SQUARE" "PLEASEEEE" "Make me", I said to him. And that was it, the moment we both broke. Stopped acting like 8 year olds and realized we both wanted to be more than just 'best friends'. I dropped the bag of chips and he dropped the juice boxes. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist. And we kissed. All I felt was butterflies in my stomach, what I always felt. And then, "Amy, you forgot your sweat-", it was Grayson. Daniel and I quickly pulled away and I walked down the stairs and grabbed the sweater while mumbling, "thanks", and was about to walk up the stairs when he pulled my arm and said, "If you're happy with Daniel, I'm happy", I smiled at him and said "Thanks Gray", he smiled back and walked out the door. I looked up to see Daniel looking at the ceiling awkwardly. "So about that kiss...", he started but then changed the subject and said, "Well let's keep watching the Powerpuff girls" "K", I replied while walking back up the stairs and into my room. He followed me and we continued to watch the Powerpuff Girls. After a couple minutes in he paused it and said, "I really just wanna kiss you and it's not helping that you look gorgeous right now" "Well nothing's stopping you from kiss-", he kissed me again. We pulled away and Smiled at each other. I then cuddled up to his chest and he started playing with my blonde hair and he said, "I love you. I never stopped and I will continue to love you till the day I die", I smiled at him and said "I love you more", which made us both laugh for some reason.
