Kind of a boring chapter but I wanted to write so I wrote ha...And it shows Lashton (Slowly) starting to happen. 
Anyway, unedited and whatnot and yeah...k bye. 

Chapter 7

"My Uncle offered you a job just like that?" Michael asked as they were all sitting at McDonalds after being at the aquarium for two hours and Michael and Calum complained they wanted food.

Ashton was sat between Calum and Luke with Kat and Michael sitting opposite them. He nodded his head as he shoved a couple of Calum's fries into his mouth.

"Hey." Calum whined, punching his arm. "Ow. You côck sniff." Ashton grumbled under his breath, eating the fries.

Calum rolled his eyes and went to hit him again but Ashton dodged it and Calum hit Luke instead. Luke turned to look at the two since he was in a conversation with Kat, and they both pointed at each other.

Luke chuckled, punching Calum's arm. "I know it was you." He said. "Even if it was Ash I'd still hit you." Luke said before turning back around to give his girlfriend his full attention.

Ashton grinned, looking at Calum and poking his tongue out. Calum rolled his eyes, throwing a chip at Ashton and turning to start a conversation with Michael. Ashton sighed deeply, knowing he'd be left out again.

He rested his chin on his arms that were crossed on the tabletop.

"I've got to go, dad will be mad if I'm home late on a school night." Kat said as she stood up and grabbed her bag. Ashton watched her as she leaned down and kissed Luke. He grimaced at the PDA. Like, c'mon, tongue, really?

He rolled his eyes as they finally pulled away. "Bye babe, love you." Kat said as she left, Luke only replied with a 'See 'ya' and sipped his frozen coke.

"Why do you look so glum?" Luke asked, noticing Ashton's down expression. Ashton looked up at Luke and shrugged. "I'm bored and I want to go home but I don't know how." He grumbled.

And the way you just kissed your girlfriend was uncalled for and it should've been me that you're kissi-.

Wait what?

"Oh, I'm sorry if we're boring you." Luke said and pouted, resting his chin on his arms just like Ashton.

Ashton just shrugged and sipped his own drink. He almost spat it out again once Luke asked what he asked.

"So, how'd you know that stuff about Mimi?"

Ashton coughed and did end up spitting out some of his drink and now all of the attention was on him again, even from other people in the place.

He took a deep breath once he calmed down and wiped his eyes, chuckling. "Sorry, um...I need to pee." He mumbled and got up, rushing to the toilets.

Luke looked at Calum who just shook his head, as Luke was about to get up. Calum stood up and followed his brother to the toilets.

"What the hell did you say to him?" Michael asked, raising an eyebrow at Luke. The blonde shrugged, "I just asked how he knew that stuff about Mimi, the dolphin. I just wanted to know because he sounded like there was something up when he explained today at the aquarium."

Michael sighed, and shook his head. "He probably just likes dolphins or something and reads heaps about them. I dunno, but don't make him feel awkward, I want him to be our friend."

Luke nodded. "I'm sorry, I didn't think he'd react like that. I'll be careful with what I say next time."
