Little Darling

Don't cry, little darling, don't cry

Stop cutting yourself, your veins will run dry

Your heart will stop pumping

Your lungs will stop lifting

Your eyes will stop looking

Don't die.

Your choices are muddled

Your brain is befuddled

You're thinking you don't want to live anymore.

Your cold hands are shaking

Your insides are breaking

They're hitting you, making you fall to the floor.

You sit there for hours

Waiting for flowers

To bloom in the places where fires have burned .

The flowers are flaming

And you go to blaming

Yourself for their hate like its something you've earned.

The red droplets dripping

You feel yourself slipping

Away to a place where no mind comes back

You feel there's no way

That you could just stay

In this world where hearts are all painted black

You go shut your door

And lay on the floor

And let the tear droplets give way to your eyes

This anguish your feeling

The joy they are stealing

Their cold wrath is something you simply despise.

Don't cry, little darling, don't cry

Fix up your arms, stand up where you lie.

I know you are hurting

By their choice of wording.

I know disregarding
Is hard to come by.

Be strong and be fierce

Don't let their fists pierce

The light that still flickers a flame in your soul

Don't lose will to live

I'll never forgive

Your sorrowful death, my heart won't be whole

Live on and live brave

I wish I could save

All struggling souls that are crying at home

You're all special to me

Please take in my plea

I don't want you to be all lost and alone

Don't cry little darling, don't cry

Please don't shut me out and

Please don't say goodbye

My heart will be grieving

The thought of you leaving

Don't even stop breathing

Don't die.
