So apparently writer's block helps me procrastinate.
And even if I procrastinate for one day— boom. 200-2000 words lost.
I like to keep my updates at least to a thousand words each time. It's so that I try to write more each time.
(Irrelevant information: I used to write 250 words for a chapter. That's barely anything, I know xD)

Yes,I have played Pokemon X/Y. I have a 3DS ya know. I have the "new" 3DSXL, though technically it's not new since it came out last year.

Serena was still waiting for Calem's video message. It had already been a week and she was getting worried. Her job at the hotel had begun to get more difficult as more customers booked rooms due to the incoming Christmas holiday. Many rich business men and women booked hotel rooms to visit their own family, even if just for a short while.

Today was one of the only free days she had,

She continued to look down at her holocaster every fifteen seconds.

Until finally... It buzzed and flashed up with a notification.

Video message from Calem received!

She tapped the screen to watch it.

Calem: Serena, it's so good to see you again. I think that this is a really good place to start looking...
... I think I'm forgetting something.
Oh... Right! I haven't even told you the name of the nearby town yet, have I? Well it's in Camphrier Town. There's a fountain in the middle and I'll be waiting for you there.
Make sure to dress casual since we're going to have to visit Parfum Palace! My cousin is very... Let's just go with the fact that he's a fashion nazi. I think a casual outfit would be fine with him.

Serena jolted up and grinned. She had already planned her outfit for today, a pastel summer dress. She had also packed her necessities into her bag. She'd done all those things three days ago.

This town wasn't too far from the city and she could get there by walking for around half an hour if she walked from the city gates.

She slipped her bag's strap into her arm and raced out her apartment. She continued walking until she reached the city exit.

"Excuse me miss, where might you be going today?" An officer asked from a counter asked.

"Me?" Serena said "I'm going to Camphrier town to meet with... My friend...? We're going to Parfum Palace."

The officer looked at here blankly "Haven't you heard that a sleeping Snorlax is blocking two paths? Both routes to Ambriette Town and Parfum Palace are blocked."

"A sleeping Snorlax...? Don't you need a poke flute for that?" Serena queried "And couldn't you just walk around the Snorlax?"

"Walking around the Snorlax... Dear arceus, no. The writer is just too lazy to write that scene. She says that 2000 words is more than enough for someone with writer's block," the officer sighed.

"..."

"What...?" Serena blinked.

The officer flinched "What just happened?"
