A/n:

Ok hello.
I was sick on nov 4 (not really; just a sore throat) so I didn't go to school. I didn't go to school because a) I can't really talk because of my sore throat and b) it would just get worse.

My head is pounding at the moment and I feel like I have a head ache.

Berry tarts don't exist in Pokemon... Yet. But they do in this chapter *\(^o^)/*
Well, I hope you enjoy reading this chapter! I have decided to update in Fridays (since Fridays are awesome... Um, at least when it is Friday in my time zone (NZT) or if there is a little bit left to finish, I will update at the other times ones when it is Friday for them. XD

PS:
Just to clarify, if y are not very familiar with the Kalos region, the Shalour gym involves skating trainers and a gym leader on skates. Roller skates/blades, not ice skates.

[Third Person POV]

After Calem left, he couldn't help but replay the events that took place a few weeks ago.

The day where he dragged Serena to the music festival and where he re-encountered her mother again.

But now, he was just getting plain annoyed

During the weeks where after the music festival, he had no leads. He had no clue as to where he could find the girl from his past.

But, after several thoughts that lead to no where; he gave up.

He finally broke the silence "Do you have any ideas or any leads? I've got nothing. I can't think of anything."

"Relax, it'll be fine," Serena looked towards him "I haven't really seen you in a week, so we should hang out... Maybe?"

He narrowed his eyes at her, not completely convinced that what she had just recommended was a good idea.

"Well it is a coastal city. The beach is so beautiful and the skate park doubles as the gym. Plus, look at all the street food being sold here; they all smell delicious."

Calem lightly sniffed the air, catching a whiff of the Shalour delicacy, Berry tarts.

Maybe Serena's idea wasn't such a bad idea after all...

Calem had been separated in the waiting line for skates. Serena had somehow managed to avoid being left behind and was already renting a pair of skates. By the time Serena entered the skating rink, Calem just needed to put his skates on properly.
All he could do was watch until he got his the shoelaces tied in a compact way.

He tried to stand up but fell on the concrete. He took ahold of a wall and used it for support.

He carefully made his way towards the entrance of the skating rink—
