Chapter 27

Toby's POV:

** 10 pm**

I'm on my way back to the hospital. Aria has been sleeping all day, the doctors thought it would be good if I got out of there for a few hours. I went back to the loft to clean up the mess. I pull into the hospital parking lot and park in the first spot I see. I get out of the car and walk into the hospital. I take the elevator to the floor Aria is on, she's on the fifth floor. I walk to her room. Some of the curtain isn't covering the window and I see her laying there rubbing her right thumb on the rim of the bed. She looks over and sees me outside and gives me a large smile. I instantly smile back, adding a quick wave. My heart beating fast, I enter her room and begin walking towards her bed. "Hey" she says faintly. I take the chair I was sitting on before and place it directly next to the bed. I sigh "Hey." There is a minute of silence, we just look at each other."So, the doctors said that you can leave is in 2-3 days, the earliest." I add. She just nods disappointedly. "I have to tell you who I saw." I continue. "I thought you couldn't tell me here." "I need to tell you, I can't hold it in any longer." I see her eyes widen, she looks nervous and scared. I look down and see my hand shaking, I instantly look back up at her. I let out a deep breath. "The person that I saw in the back hoodie, outside of the loft was Emily."
