Chapter 30

Aria's POV:

I wake up to intense pain in ankle and my head pounding. I see Toby's hand locked into mine, he's still sitting on the chair he was on when I fell asleep. His arm is on the bed with his head on top of it. I look and see if he's awake, but he isn't. I hear a buzz, I see my phone is in his jacket pocket. I slowly reach over and gently slide my phone out of his pocket. I see that I have about 10 new text messages. The latest one is from Hanna."Aria are you okay?! where are you?! Please call or text me back as soon as you get this!! -Hanna" I see the little respond bubble and I'm a little hesitant to answer her, but they have to know what is going on. "Hey Han, I'm in the hospital right now, don't worry. I'm okay and I'm not alone. Oh and don't tell Em, I have to talk to you, Spence and Mona first." I quickly press the send button and place my phone to the side of my bed. My nurse walks in and gives me my morning dose of medication and immediately leaves. I try to get comfortable again and shut my eyes to try to sleep the pain away.
