Sitting outside. How often do people do that nowadays?
There is a great serenity and peace in that haven space.
The whirling of the wind and the croaking of the crows
Was unsurprisingly blissful because time ultimately froze.I am used to clock watching but hardly letting my thoughts roam.
It was relaxing letting the sun graze my back as my eyes slowly closed.
A few times they'd pop open though
and scan the room for the source of noise. My senses had a great acuteness, a staunchly poise.
Transcendental ism isn't half bad
but back then, technology wasn't booming so fast. With all the gizmos and gadgets it's hard to unplug
But when I do, I know that there's a place in nature where the winds blow, the crows croak,
And time is a slug.
