"Estalet..."
"Who is there? Do not hide behind the shadows and fog", the guard which was called by their name answered.
"Estalet..."
"Why do you continue to say my name?", the young female questioned, as she was baffled.
A dark and shadowy expanse of space stretched out before the young guard. This was not all that made up this unfamiliar land- a very thick fog surrounded Estalet in a perfected circle with a radius of 4 short feet.
"If you refuse to understand, I shall have to force you to understand!", a voice hissed out in anger, the words echoing into the unimaginable distance.
The fog flew away from Estalet to form a large eclipse-shaped clearing. The sudden revealing of a familiar man in this strange land naturally shocked the young guard in training.
"Pleasant days, girl?" The man mused with sharp fangs, as his face seemed to be less cloaked by shadows.
"Why are you here, and why... Do your eyes appear to be different? They were both... Red...", the confused young female questioned after seeing one eye as green.
"Dreams cannot contain illusions as reality could. I am a rare case as not many can travel into dreams", the man answered.
"You are... Invading my dreams?", the young guard quizzed yet again and started to walk backwards in shock.
"I suppose that is a more candid way of saying it, yes", the cloaked person smoothly answered yet gain as his face soured and he sighed.
"I suppose you would not let me show you your worth willingly?", the corrupted one chuckled as he remembered their last meeting. The meeting went as smooth as the mountains.
"Never, corrupted", Estalet denied in defiance as she darted off into the never-ending fog of her dreamscape.
"After her", the man with mismatched eyes commanded in a simple murmur.
Shadows darted within the grounded dark clouds, flashing in and out of sight in a fight or flight of predator and prey, the prey knowing she is being followed and pushing at her waning muscles to run faster and faster away from the predator pursuing. The predator gained a focused vision on a single being as they both ran, both physically and mentally. The predator was to obey commands, that being what he shall do.
Pouncing like a Tyrsse, the greatly agile assassin tackled the guard to the ground mercilessly. The prey gasped slightly in surprise and suddenly remembered this was her dream. While focusing on a weapon, Eza was already starting to restrain the female in an inescapable hold. Estalet jerked suddenly in realization as she caught something from her peripheral vision. The spy... Was unmasked.
Wearing a darkly colored cloak containing a large hood attached, yet thrown back, there was nothing to bound Estalet's vision from the flesh of Eza. Lightly colored gray eyes seemed to glow with a white hue in the sockets of a young face of no older than nineteen. Small scars were dispersed randomly over Eza's face from countless physical fighting before learning the way of his daggers with a larger scar running roughly from one cheek to the other across his nose, as parts of his now-ruffled hair were slung over them as a sewing woman would with her threads. His face was obviously not flawless, yet the young guard saw the beauty of many souls no matter who they are.
Behind the skin of Estalet, she was slightly blushing in her own world of secrecy. Too focused on restraining the girl, the spy only barely noticed that she had stopped struggling. Eyebrows slightly furrowing in a befuddled meaning, the guard in training kicked the surprised Eza back with his breath being knocked out of him. Thrown into a small fit of coughing, the female quickly took her chance to get up and dash away from the soon to be pursuing predator.
