Chapter 21

Lexis POV
"Lexi!" I heard someone running after me.
I turned around and saw Cameron.

I stopped and crossed my arms.
"What?" I asked angrily.

"Lexi, look, they aren't a thing." He tried to explain.

"THEN WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU CALL IT?" I asked screaming.

"Just let Taylor explain." Cameron pleaded.

"No. I don't want to see him right now." I said when I saw Jane running out of the door.

"Look, I'm just gonna go." I said almost crying.

Jane said she wanted to come with me and I didn't say no. I didn't have a car so I just started walking back to the hotel. My phone started to blow up with texts from Taylor. He was trying to apologize, and trying to get me to go back to the restaurant. But I refused. I don't want to see him. I'm furious. The whole way was silent. I could tell Jane was uncomfortable. She was playing with her sleeves the whole time. I kinda felt bad.

We got back to the hotel and I told Jane she could stay with me. I got into the shower and stayed in there until all the hot water was gone.

I finally stepped out and put on a pair of shorts and a tank top before walking out of the bathroom. But as soon as I walked out, there he was. Taylor Caniff. Sitting on my bed.

"Lex!" He yelled when I walked out."

"Don't call me that." I snapped back at him.

"Look, Lexi. Please." He pleaded.

"Five minutes." I rolled my eyes.

We sat down and he started explaining.

"Lexi, Carly, she's my ex.--" he started.

"You look very friendly with your ex." I cut him off.

"Let me finish." He said. "She's my ex. We broke up because of me going on tour. And before you ask, we never told my fans because she didn't want the hate. But we're still friends. I haven't seen her in forever. I promise. There's nothing going on between us. I wouldn't do that to you." He looked at me with said eyes.

"Fine." I breathed. "You better not be lying." I said to him.

"Promise." He said holding out his pinky.

"Oh my God Taylor. Pinky promise? You're so like eight." I laughed and stood up. He stood up too and told me we should go to Cams room.

"Okay. Just let me put on some more clothes." I walked over to my suitcase I haven't unpacked yet. I put on a pair of sweat pants and a short sleeve shirt and we started to walk to Cams.

We walked into Cameron's room since it was unlocked. We saw everyone in there including Jane, and, well, Carly. Oh. Okay.

I sat down on the bed next to Matt and Taylor. But then Carly came up and started to cuddle up next to him.

I shot Taylor a glare and she kind of pushed her off of him. Johnson must've seen what happened so he suggested we play truth or dare.

We all agreed and sat down in a circle on the crowded floor.

"Okay, uh, Taylor, truth or dare." Carter said scanning the room.

"Dare, cuz I ain't pussy." Taylor said.

"I dare you to go into another room with Carly for five minutes." He said.
