6th of January 2014, Saturday, 3:09 A.M., PARIS, FRANCE

"Bonsoir! Passagers . Bienvenue à Paris!"

After a long journey from Philippines, they finally arrived. Josh, with his excitement, woke up his companions. First, his relatives, next his mom, and finally his best friend. They were all excited at that time, except Karl. He was like awaken from a nightmare. Josh, after seeing Karl, moved closer to him and asked, "Are you okay Karl?"

Karl, still looking at the window, answered him lamely, "Yeah, I'm alright."

"Aw, okay...Were finally here!"

Still looking at the window. "Yeah, were here..."

Meanwhile, the plane parked at its place. People at ground were busy, attaching some tubes from the plane; the flight attendants, busy arranging the things they brought to us; and them, preparing their hand-carry baggage. After a few minutes, the door of the plane opened. Josh's family and Karl immediately went out the plane.

"Welcome to Paris, sir!" a flight attendant greeted Karl.

Karl's mind began to slow down. The flight attendant's greeting kept repeating in his mind. Her voice was familiar to him, made him felt the pain again.

Control yourself, Karl. Please, control...

After a long walk, they were outside. The cold breeze of air, the bright light of moon, and the twinkling lights of the stars welcomed them. Those yellow-lighted lamps of the street, gave them light while they were walking-finding a cab that would took them to the place. While they were waiting, Josh's mom's cellphone rang. It was her older sister.

"Yeah? Macy? Were here, Karl's with me," she said.

On the phone... "Good, please be here as fast as you could, I have something to tell you," Macy pleaded.

"Okay, we will be there. Bye, keep praying there."

"Okay, I will. You, too, have a safe trip," Macy ended.

Josh moved closely to her mother, asked her what was his aunt said. After, he faced Karl, and said about it.

After minutes of waiting, a cab arrived. There was a problem at that time, they were too many. They've decided that Josh's relatives would ride after them-Josh, his mom, and Karl was in the cab. Josh and his mom seated the back seat portion, while Karl at the front seat. Hes still at his worst mood. The dream he dreamt when he was in the plane keeps repeating, made him numb. He always thought about her, about what happened to her. He wanted to go back to where things were peaceful-no problems, no pain, just happiness. He wanted to go back to the time where they were happy. But, it can't be, the only thing he always bore in his mind was hope, hoping that she would woke up. I can't handle this anymore...Lord, please help me, he thought.

After settling their baggage at the back, the cab's engine started. They passed those yellow-lighted lamps, giving them light; those people inside the stores, having a good time with their loved ones; those cars, rushing through their sight; the Eiffel Tower, giving them hope that someday they will be there together with her; and the enormous moon, giving that beautiful moonlight. Karl, got out his earphones, plugged it, and put it his two ears. On the other hand, Josh, got his PS Vita, and his mother, decided to sleep for a while.
