Chapter 7

Liam’s POV

I was pacing up and down the waiting room hoping Skylar was okay when a doctor came over to me. “Mr Payne?” the doctor asked. “Yes” Liam said turning around to see the doctor.

The boys all stood up and we walked over to where the doctor was stood. “How is Skylar? Can we see her yet? Please tell us she is okay?” asked a worried Louis.

“Calm down, calm down, Skylar is okay, she is now awake in a stable condition. Her injuries are not too bad but she will need a lot of rest and looking after.” Said the doctor putting the boys minds to rest.

“What are her injuries?!” Niall asked sounding scared. “Well, she has got 3 broken ribs, left arm is shattered and she has a fractured ankle, oh and she has a slight concussion, so she is going to have a bit of a head ache for a week or so but plenty of rest will do her good.” The doctor explained.

“Okay thank you, please can we see Skylar?” asked Zayn.

“Yes of course, come on through” replied the doctor kindly.

Zayn’s POV

We walked into Skylar’s room to see her sat up in her bed, but she was asleep. As soon as we got through the door, Liam ran to her right side and grabbed her hand.

Niall and Louis looked at each other and ran to the other side of her. Louis got there first and kissed her forehead. Niall looked jealous and shot a dirty look at Louis.

I think Niall really liked her, I’ve never seen him look at a girl the way he looked at Sky, and he looked at her the way he looked at food.

We were all just happy she was alive, plus the doctor said she can come home tomorrow. Liam’s head quickly shot up and looked to Skylar who must be waking up. “Hey sleepy head” he said with a laugh.

“The doctor said you can come home tomorrow but you need plenty of rest. We are all going to look after you so if there is anything you need just give us a call.”

Niall’s POV

Louis just had to sit right next to her and kiss her forehead didn’t he? Can’t he tell how much I like her?! Why can’t he let me have this one girl? She is the only girl I will ever want.

I was getting more and more jealous as she was talking to Louis and laughing at his jokes. It should be me making her laugh, not him!

I can’t wait for her to come home. I’m going to look after her 24/7! Not Louis!
