Chapter 20

Skylar's POV

I couldn't believe they caught me and Louis kissing outside of the door. How can we explain this?

"What the hell is going on with you two? Louis, I said Niall couldn't date her, what makes you any different? This thing between you two is ending right now!" Liam shouted at us.

"Liam, why won't you let me date anyone? Is it because it will look bad on you guys and One Direction?"

I needed to know why. Did he just not want me to be happy?

"Sky, you know what happened to you when you were just seen with us. Imagine what the fan's might do if they found out your dating one of us? I just don't want you getting hurt any more."

I understood where he was coming from but I'm strong enough, I've been through a lot in the past, I'm sure I can deal with a bit of hate.

"I know all your trying to do is protect me, but I know I would be able to deal with it all. All through school I dealt with being bullied, beat up, name calling and everything else they did to me. I'm sure I can handle myself Liam, I'm stronger than you think!"

Why did I have to mention being bullied in school, now there all going to ask me questions I don't really want to answer.

He was still looking at me in shock. I just needed to be alone right now so I decided to walk off up stairs. I went into Niall's room and borrowed his guitar, I'm sure he wont mind, and then I went into my room. 

Why can't Liam just see that I really like one of his friends, well maybe two... But I'm sure my feeling's are stronger for Niall. There's just something about him that I love. I mean, when I kissed Louis I felt no sparks like people say. I'm sure that if I kissed Niall there would be sparks.

I started playing Love Is Easy by McFly on the guitar and started singing along.

Zayn's POV

Everyone was  arguing downstairs so I thought I would go see if Sky was ok.

As I walked down the hall to her room, I could hear her amazing voice and she must of been playing the guitar. I was mesmerized by her voice and talent. I just had to record her and show the boys, maybe even Simon. I just know that one day she will be famous.

Once she had finished the song she was singing, I walked into her room.

"Sky, your voice is just, well, amazing! Your really talented. Why were you trying to hide your voice from all of us?"

She just looked at me, she didn't know I was stood at the door listening to her. I'm not going to tell her about the recording I have on my phone of her singing.

"I guess I didn't know how you guys would react. I get really sky and nervous when I sing in front of people."

"We have people to help us with that. Do you think we don't get nervous singing in front of loads of people. I'm going to talk to our manager and see if you can come on tour with us, you could maybe be one of our opening acts. We will help you through your stage fright."
