Chapter 9

Skylar’s POV

“Well I was gonna wait a bit longer to tell you this but now seems like a good time.” He said and the paused for a minute. “I know this will sound crazy as I have only known you for a day or two but I have really strong feelings for you, I have done since the day I have met you. I have never felt like this about any other girl in my whole life and I was wondering if I got permission off Liam would you be my girlfriend?”

I was shocked at what Niall just said to me, speechless in fact. I didn’t know what to say.

There was an awkward silence then Niall spoke up.

“Sky?” Niall asked

“What?” I asked snapping out of my thoughts.

“So will you be my girlfriend?” he asked me again.

“I don’t know” I said “you are gonna have to speak to Liam first.

Niall’s POV

As sky started to wake up Liam said to her “Hey sleepy head” laughing slightly, “The doctor said you can go home tomorrow and you need lots of rest. We are all going to look after. So if you need anything you need just give us a call.”

After this the boys were just about to leave when I decided I wanted to stay here and keep Sky company, well and for other reasons too. They were going to get some stuff for themselves and Sky too, so I asked them would they bring something back for me too and they said ok.

So then I went and sat in the chair next to Sky’s bed and just smiled at her.

“What are you doing,”  she asked me.

“I’m staying here with you!”

“But don’t you need to go and get some stuff with the rest of the boys?” she asked.

“No, I told them I was staying and asked them to bring something with them for me and they said ok.”

“But why”

“Why what” I asked her confused.

“Why did you want to stay here with me and not go with the boys?”

Oh no! I thought to myself. What do I say back to her? I really like this girl but I can’t just tell her about my feelings for her… or can I?

I think Skylar was shocked as she didn’t say anything for ages. So I spoke up.

“Sky?” I asked.

“What?” she asked/snapped.

“So will you be my girlfriend?” I asked her again and my heart started to thud against my chest. I thought she would be able to hear it.

“I don’t know, you are gonna have to speak to Liam first” she said to me.
