Ichigo nodded and headed up to the bathroom. A few minutes later Zuri heard the shower turn on then she saw a car park in her driveway.
“Zuri?” her mother called out.
Zuri panicked “Mum? I thought you were going away for the weekend?” Zuri bit her lip.
“We are, but your father forgot the tickets” her mother laughed “is the shower on?”
“Y-yeah” Zuri stammered.
“Who’s it for? You? Then hurry up and go in the bathroom, don’t waste water” her mother spoke sternly
Zuri nodded and walked up the stairs followed by her mother. Zuri then entered the shower, thankful that Ichigo didn’t lock the door. She then turned to see Ichigo peering his head out the shower a blush on his face.
“Let’s have a shower together” she winked at him.
Ichigo blushed “W-what?”
“Don’t be a prude, it’ll be fun” Zuri teased.
Then she took off her top and bottoms, leaving her pants and bra on as she turned to face a red Ichigo. Zuri sighed which caught Ichigo’s attention and he then he went back into the shower. Zuri grinned and then turned around and undid her bra and took off her pants, next she entered the shower.
Zuri smirked and leaned up toward Ichigo and kissed his lips lightly hoping to relax him a bit. He did.
Ichigo then closed his eyes and smiled down at Zuri, she grabbed some shampoo and placed it in her hair and washed it, once she was done, she washed Ichigo’s hair and smiled at his blush.
“Strawberry?” Zuri whispered against his chest.
“Hm?” Ichigo replied in a daze.
“Can you wash my back?” Zuri asked turning around and pulling her hair away from her back.
Ichigo blushed and grabbed the bar of soap rubbing it in his hands making them soapy, then he started to rub her shoulders, Zuri moaned slightly as he rubbed, then he trailed his hands gently down her back earning a purr of satisfaction from Zuri.
A bang of the door downstairs showed that Zuri’s parents left, Ichigo looked up toward the door.
“My parents came home” she laughed “Dad forgot the tickets…”
That’s when Ichigo realised, that that was the reason Zuri came into the bathroom. It was because her parents would suspect something if the shower was on and Zuri was downstairs.
After they both finished washing, Zuri exited the shower before Ichigo wrapping a towel around her body. Ichigo then came out and wrapped a towel loosely around his waist he looked up and blushed as the towel clung tightly to Zuri’s body defining her curves.
Zuri stared at Ichigo’s defined chest and started blushing, Ichigo noticed and smirked at her red face. He now had a way to make her blush.
“Like what you see?” Ichigo spoke cockily motioning to his body.
Zuri scoffed “As if”
Then Zuri left the bathroom and walked to her room to get changed. Ichigo dressed into his clothes and left the bathroom heading back downstairs, he checked on the cake to see it was done and then placed it on the cooling tray so it would cool.
“Ichi?” Daichi spoke toddling into the kitchen.
Ichigo smiled toward Daichi “Yes?”
“Are you and Zu-Zu gonna get mawied?” Daichi asked smiling.
“Not yet” Ichigo replied, not sure if that’s what his answer really wanted to be.
Ichigo looked up to see Zuri leaning against the door frame looking as attractive as ever. He blushed at the impure thoughts that were entering his mind. Zuri arched an eyebrow at Ichigo but said nothing, she just went over to the cake and placed her hand against it, seeing how hot it was.
“Let’s leave it for a bit” Zuri mumbled “I feel sick”
Zuri walked into the lounge and sat on the sofa rubbing her stomach. Ichigo walked over to Zuri and sat next to her, he felt her forehead, she was burning up quickly.
“You have a fever” Ichigo mumbled more to himself than Zuri.
Zuri groaned “I feel cold”
Zuri shivered proving that she was cold. Ichigo grabbed her bridal style and whizzed her off to her room, there he placed her under the covers kissing her cheek lightly.
“I’ll be back in a second” Ichigo mumbled against her cheek.
Zuri could only nod.
Ichigo ran downstairs picked up Daichi and put him in his room across from Zuri so he could keep an eye on both of them.
Throughout the night Ichigo ran back and forth to Zuri’s room then back to Daichi’s to make sure he was okay. Soon nightfall came and Ichigo went back into Zuri’s room to kiss her goodnight and grab his sleeping things for downstairs.
“Straw-berry” Zuri spoke weakly.
Ichigo turned to face Zuri with a sad look in his eyes, he hated seeing her in pain.
“Be my teddy?” Zuri whispered moving over on the bed to give him more room.
Ichigo nodded and quickly changed into his sleeping clothes then he hopped into the bed next to Zuri, she snuggled up close to him and dozed off to the sound of his heart thumping. It was her lullaby.
---The Next Day---
Zuri woke up to the sun shining on her face, she sniffed. Her nose was no unblocked and she could sniff everything properly. She was better.
Zuri got out of bed and walked over to Daichi’s room, he was already awake and playing with Kon, he looked up at her she entered.
“You better now?” he asked
“Yeah,” Zuri nodded smiling “I’m going to the candy shop later, so get dressed”
Daichi nodded and started getting dressed. Zuri walked back into her room and changed her clothes unaware that Ichigo had woken up and was now watching her a blush covering his face.
“I know you’re awake” Zuri laughed “And you’re watching me”
Ichigo blushed even more “I-I’m not”
“Don’t worry, I’ll make it more entertaining next time” Zuri winked “We’re going to Urahara’s shop today”
Ichigo nodded and then got changed. Zuri walked back into her brothers room, picked him up and walked him downstairs, where she waited for Ichigo, a few moments later Ichigo arrived running a hand through his hair while sighing.
“Ready?” Zuri asked cocking her head to the side
“Uh-huh” Ichigo smiled.
Then they all headed to Urahara’s shop, as soon as they got there Zuri slammed the doors open and starting owning the place.
“Oi, Mr. Hat, I want my lollies!” Zuri yelled placing Daichi on the ground.
“I’m so Zuri, but we only have strawberry flavour” Urahara mumbled, handing Zuri the lollipop’s.
“That’s okay, I love sucking strawberry lollipops” Zuri spoke seductively as she winked at Ichigo causing him to blush.
