“Good morning!” she yelled

Ichigo groaned and sat up from his bed, he glanced at his clock.

“What the hell, its midnight!” Ichigo yelled getting angry.

Zuri smiled and jumped on Ichigo’s bed, she felt guilty for thinking he would cheat on her, and she just grinned at him. Ichigo leaned back against the bed with his hands behind his head

“Strawberry?” Zuri mumbled.

Ichigo opened one eye “Hm?”

“Erm” Zuri started blushing “I’m sorry”

Ichigo sat up and grabbed her chin with his hands making her look at him, then he leaned down and kissed her lips gently and pulled away smiling.

“It was my fault” Ichigo mumbled as he pressed his forehead against hers.

Zuri yawned followed by Ichigo “I best head back” she mumbled kissing Ichigo then leaving.

Zuri entered through the window and walked into Reizo’s room and sat on his bed, he walked over to Zuri and started leaning in toward Zuri, before Zuri had time to react Reizo pressed his lips against hers, Zuri’s eyes widened as she pushed him away and wiped her mouth.

“What the fuck do you think you’re doing?” she spat

Reizo hid his smiled and replied “I thought that’s what you wanted?”

“Fuck no, I came to tell you that I sorted it out with Ichigo” Zuri growled storming into her room and laying on her bed falling asleep.

---The Next Day---

Zuri woke up the next day smiling, her relationship was intact and she was just thinking strange things making it seem like it was a lot worse than it actual was. Zuri did her usual routines and then waited downstairs for Reizo.

“Zuri, Reizo already left” her mother spoke giving Daichi some food.

Zuri nodded and skipped off to school, she didn’t think Reizo would want to see her again, as Zuri entered the school grounds she bounded over to Ichigo smiling to herself.

Ichigo stared down at Zuri with sad eyes. Zuri’s browns furrowed together in confusion.

“What’s wrong?” Zuri asked

“Why?” Ichigo replied in a sad tone.

“Why what?” Zuri mumbled biting her lower lip.

Ichigo flipped open his phone and looked at something, then he closed it straight away before Zuri saw.

“Ichigo what’s wrong?” Zuri asked concerned.

“You cheated on me!” Ichigo yelled with pure sadness as he showed her the picture of Reizo kissing her.

Ichigo glanced down at Zuri with empty eyes; he wanted to know why she did it, Zuri’s eyes narrowed slightly.

“I haven’t cheated!” Zuri yelled back angrily

Ichigo turned away from Zuri, walking away from her; Zuri grabbed his forearm forcing him to look at her.

“Tell me you need me?” Zuri asked

“I don’t need you” Ichigo muttered

“Tell me you want me?” Zuri pleaded with her eyes

“I don’t want you” Ichigo mumbled

“Tell me you love me?” Zuri begged as her eyes welled up with tears

“I don’t….” Ichigo started as his voice trembled “I don’t love you!”

A tear fell from Zuri’s eyes as she felt her heart break within her chest, more tears fell from her eyes as she watched the one she loves walk away from her. Rain started to pour down, her tears and sorrow mixing in with it.

Zuri felt her world fade to black and smash like a broken mirror as the one she loved ripped her heart from her chest and tore it apart right in front of her. Zuri fell to her knees and reached her hand out toward Ichigo’s retreating form in an attempt of pulling him back and feeling the warmth of his beating heart against hers.

Then Zuri ran, she didn’t know where she was running nor did she care, she just wanted to run in hopes of her problems running away from her.

Ichigo was hurting as well; did Zuri really think that she was the only one hurting? It pained Ichigo to say what he said to her, he didn’t want to say those things. He didn’t want to watch her heart break right in front of him knowing he was the reason she was breaking inside.

Zuri stopped at a bridge and looked down over the edge, what Ichigo had said seemed so surreal to her. It hadn’t really hit her yet.

In the reflection she saw her heart breaking into a million pieces. It was agony. Placing a hand over her heart she cried, the droplets of rain drizzled down her face mixing with her pain.

Zuri felt a darkness inside her begin to awaken. Screaming out in agony she fell to her knees.
